The breakfast, beverages & snacks were satisfying and available 24/7. That was a nice amenity. We would return, but maybe during a cooler season.

Office was open when we arrived but had to wait about an hour before anyone showed up . Don’t count on breakfast, did have small balcony

Great choice for a weekend up at Lake Arrowhead.

Staff was helpful!

Cute place but definitely needs more help. There was only one person trying to clean rooms and handle front desk. So u know that’s impossible. I don’t think I need to say more. The girl was doing her best but was overwhelmed for sure.

Portable AC unit is too loud, bed was not very comfortable for me. And the front door doesn’t lock if you push the door it will open. I will not stay here again.

No staff on site. They give you a three-hour window to check in, if you don't make it by 5pm, you better hope to run into someone else who has already checked in to give you some instructions. We tried calling the number and the girl on the other end seemed to ignore us. We waited 30 minutes trying to get ahold of someone. But thankfully, there was another guest who was there that had already checked-in and told us how we could get into our room. They could have e-mailed us directions or told us that if we are running late, there would be no one there to check us in. But no instructions. And it wasn't just us. There were three different groups there trying to check in without having anyone in the office or on site to help. We all waited 30 minutes trying to get our room. The hotel itself was clean and cozy, but the service was nonexistent.

Area of improvement are, better maintenance and breakfast. Staff were so helpful and friendly and rooms were very clean.

Perfect except a few things didn’t work. I’d stay there again.

Nice place. Only stayed one night. Perfect for the night. We checked in a little late but communication with Jennifer at the inn was very easy and accommodating. Room was small but had what we needed for the night and it was lovely. We had reserved Ribbons & Lace but ended up in Pinky at check-in due to an issue with the other room prior to us arriving. Loved the access to a library of movies to watch and snacks to enjoy. Nice to relax over coffee and a delicious cinnamon roll looking out at the lake in the morning before we left.

In addition, the unit was extremely dirty. The windows were filthy, the sink was not clean, and we found ants and spiders inside the apartment. The overall condition made the property appear abandoned and poorly maintained. We left the following day because we were unable to sleep. We attempted to contact the property several times but received no response, and Expedia was also unable to reach them. The property itself is beautiful, but the unit we were assigned did not match what we booked or reasonably expected. We are requesting a full refund because this experience was extremely frustrating and did not reflect the accommodation we paid for.

Made reservation for a specific room for my 82nd birthday and when when we checked in at 2 pm on 7-11-2026 I was told the room was still occupied. Note that check out time is 11 am. I was told they were booked and they could not get the occupants out of my reserved room. The desk lady called her manager and I listened to the conversation and overheard her manager state that the incoming person who has the reservation has the right to the room and the occupants must leave. But the desk person sent me to a Motel next door and told me to see Shirley who had a room for us. I was so upset, as my rights were violated and this ordeal ruined my Birthday weekend. We drove back home and will never book through expedia again or Arrowhead Inn.

I loved the views from the property, but I don’t recommend staying in the petite room unless you’re one person or very very small. Also my husband had to fix the Airconditioner.

The Inn is very cute. My room was great. The only problem was the air cooler was not correctly taped and did not work. I did have to buy a fan for at night. This place is so convenient to everything. The host of the Inn, Jennifer is amazing. Very busy but still courteous and helpful. The place snacks and drinks 24 hours a day. I would definitely go back.

Super quaint. Very friendly staff and free snacks and drinks. The Apple TV in the room was great! I was here for work but I would def come back and stay for a get away.
