Ambiance was amazing, staff were slow. The hotel was a little noisy because of the kids and gardeners. Hotel and rooms were clean.

Great location. Rooms need upgrade.

We are a yearly visitor. This is the first time we got 2 rooms. They told us the rooms needed their own reservation. They checked me in and charged me for the 2 rooms, then proceeded to check my son in and charge me AGAIN for the 2 rooms. I didn't notice till I got home after checkout. I also noticed that they charged me AGAIN for incidentals too. So they owed me a big credit which I had to wait 3 days for the refund. It was a pain. They were nice enough on the phone, but an issue that should not have happened in the fist place. My bad for not formally checking out to make sure all was in order.

The property is lovely. However, the main purpose of our trip was to get my 11 year-old labrador in the water on a gentle beach and I was told specifically by the reservations team that the beach was dog friendly. Upon check-in, I found out that this was not true. Very disappointing after a 2 1/2 hour drive. Otherwise, the staff and the facilities were lovely although I don’t particularly care for the privacy vibe of Lake arrowhead that makes it so difficult to go swimming or boating or paddle boarding.

We were pleased with the facility and hope to go back soon.
-
Dirty room with stained carpets. AC in room did not work so it was very stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep in. No sound proofing and super thin walls - could hear stomping and talking from guests nearby.
-
Older property needs updated. Slow service in restaurant. Bed very firm

Was a great experience and we will be back.

Well.. LOVED the beach, at first i thought it was small… it’s perfect! Then the pool and spa were great.. pool and lake were chilly but ya know as to be expected being on a mtn and all. Arcade areas small but cute same as the lil theatre room.. it was honestly great. My MEH’s are the room.. yes outdated and yes out lamp didn’t work lol but we had a great time. People come on here complaining about little stuff. Obvy everything should be working and yes the water stains and some paint should be updated especially since you’re paying for it! Having said that.. the staff would accommodate you I’m sure if they can and they’re not the ones in charge of the rates and grounds either so.. take that into consideration. And I wish we could’ve stayed outside a lil longer to look at the stars but everything outside closes at 10pm also understandable! And the walk to the village is a tad ugh if you’re older or you got lils but u could literally drive there in a min or walk there in 4. My daughters LOVED it though (10 and 12) and wanna go back asap which makes me love it more myself! Plus Arrowhead is great in general! Woosah mtn air lol

Perfect get away from the city. The views and staff are incredible. Enjoy the stay

Great location. Convenient to places to eat and drink. Room size good, but as has been the case everywhere these days, lighting is horrible in the room and bathroom. Terrible water pressure in the shower. Resort shows signs of age and is in need of painting and the parking lot is filled with cracks and holes. Pool area is nice, but security could do a better job maintains noise levels. Great service in their restaurant and a nice view from the patio. Food good, but overpriced.its still a fun place to stay, but would be better with some improvements.
