We had a great experience. The lobby looks updated as well as the restaurant. Some of the pool area could use a face lift but otherwise it was great!! Beautiful lake view, and walking distance to a ton of restaurants.

Beautiful location. Great water front views. Loved the lake access. An outdoor wedding occurred the night of our arrival right below the room. A head’s up would have been nice.

Again I paid for a room as advertised by Expedia but a much lower grade room I would never recommend. I’m not happy with both parties but it doesn’t matter and that’s, ok!!! Thank you Mark

This place is a gem, and one of the few ways you can actually use Lake arrowhead. Do yourself a favor and stay there if you are in the area.

Tv in room didn’t work bathroom was dirty with hair and no hot water to much money for this to happen

We enjoyed everything about this property. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The facilities and room were very clean. The location is right on the lake and neighbors the village so we didn’t need to drive once we arrived. We will definitely be returning!!

This is a great gem in the lake arrowhead region, easy walk to village, great restaurant in the resort, great prices, great pool and hot tub, amazing outdoor seating and really amazing staff, rooms are clean a big!

The front desk staff was amazing. They upgraded my room and worked extra hard to get me the exact room I was hoping for. Only that our stay was too short.
