Great pool and the hotel itself was pristine. Staff were excellent. The room was ok. I would have preferred more comfortable beds. Also rooms do not have freezer or microwave. Only small fridge.

The breakfast was overly priced for the mediocre food provided on buffet. The additional fees for every little extra activity on the hotel grounds were too involved in extra tipping. I went to self checkout and the machine asked me if I wanted to tip after I scanned my own items.

Beautiful hotel, it felt grand and luxurious. The staff were all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is providing a place for guests to do their own laundry. That was a little frustrating, and I didn't realize there wasn't a laundry room at the hotel until I had to do some. We had to go 9 miles away to wash clothes. Other than that, excellent stay!

Vicinity to local restaurants, Disney, and stores like Target. Appreciated the value as well as the cleanliness of the property. I didn’t like my front desk person advising of the incorrect room number which caused additional walking and searching. Our ticket showed 810, we were actually in 870 and I verbally asked was it 810 and the front desk person said yes. I also DID NOT like the cost to park self or valet. It’s really ridiculous that Hilton makes families pay for parking. I strongly believe Hilton should find another way to offset these costs for families. We already only get hours to stay from checking in at 4 then checking out at 11.

The hotel was fantastic - beautiful, clean, comfortable. The room was super spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Clean bathroom. The lobby was very spacious, beautiful and clean. Super convenient coffee shop with food, snacks, wine in the lobby that is open late and opens early. Great zero entry pool with lazy river. Good food poolside too and excellent drinks at The Beech. Shuttle to the Disney parks and Disney Springs is so convenient. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. 10/10 experience.

Expensive but I had a great time

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby was nice and inviting. We had lunch at the Beech Restaurant by the pool and the food was good though a little pricey. The water park is pretty nice. One slide and a large lazy river and a large pool. The hotel provides tubes but also allows you to bring your own so I would suggest that so you don’t have to wait for a free tube. They also had a DJ by the pool. You were able to go in and out of the garage all day for one fee. After I got the bill I saw there was a $50 resort fee. With the parking fee and taxes it adds about $100 to the price I paid for the room.

Stay was great!

While the property is not an all-inclusive resort, which I knew beforehand: having a dining or inclusive package option would have made our stay absolutely perfect. That minor preference aside, the excellent service, great amenities and seamless transportation made this a fantastic home base for our Orlando vacation. Signia has an amazing lazy pool, water slide and 2 hot tubs/jacuzzi outside. My only wish was for at least one pool to be deeper than 3ft 6". I really wanted a swim :) I would definitely recommend it to families looking for a comfortable stay and accessible Disney trip!
