The staff was nice and the place was beautiful! Will be staying here again!

Stayed at the resort the pools are very dirty cups and stuff floating in them. Nobody monitors kids jumping in a lazy river at 1 AM in the morning. The toilet started making a clunking noise woke me up out of my sleep. I was bubbling over literally with bubbles very dissatisfied to the front desk about it in May and now it happened again in July 4 weekend we just stayed and they don’t seem to care and there’s never a manager available. I want my resort fees back very very disappointed.

We stayed here Labor Day weekend as well, and then for July 4 weekend my birthdayand I have to say I’m very disappointed. The pools are very dirty with cups and stuff floating around. Both times we stayed at this resort the toilet would start to bubble and make a loud clunking noise. The first time happened at one in the morning this time it happened around 8 PM. It fills up with bubbles like soap. It’s so unacceptable and then they charge $50 resort fee and then parking each day. I stayed at this hotel a lot and it’s really going downhill refund my resort fee. He said I could talk to a manager when I check out, but it wasn’t one available. I’ve been coming to this resort for years and years. It’s just going downhill such a shame.

Our flight arrived at 6:00 a.m., so we got to the hotel around 7:00 a.m. and requested an early check-in. Before our trip, I had called the hotel and was advised to call again the morning of our arrival to see if any rooms were available. Unfortunately, nothing was available until 1:00 p.m. I completely understand that early check-in depends on availability, especially when the hotel is fully booked. However, I would have appreciated a little more transparency. If I had been told that the hotel was completely booked and that an early check-in was very unlikely, I could have made other plans instead of waiting around and trying to sleep in the lobby for several hours. That said, once we got into our room, everything else was excellent. The room was great, and we really enjoyed the amenities, pools, and outdoor areas. Despite the rough start, we had a good stay.

and hand the keys to them as they were busy on their phones. No greeting, no meeting you as you pulled in and greeting you nothing. At one point I handed the keys to another employee as the valet was head down typing away on his phone sitting at the valet stand. For what you pay, this is unacceptable in my opinion. Next the cleanliness… on our floor we had loose dirt and debris all over the elevator area. It remained there our entire stay. Regular cleaning doesn’t happen to regularly. By the pool there were beer cans laying in the mulch bed along with dental picks next to the pool entry. Also, in our room there was something splattered all over our curtains. Lastly maintenance.. our shower was either super hot or cold, no in between. Our air conditioning never got below 71 even at night. At the bar area the lighting wasn’t working and it was so dark we had to ask if they were open as only one other couple were seated nearby. It just looked closed. To sum it all up it appears this hotel has just been forgotten about. All of these issues could be solved if staff cared a little. They also jump on you to try and sell there vacation club, which there’s no way I would if this is their example of their properties.

In the lobby you have sales reps trying to force you into taking a tour with them of the hotel, then trying to guilt trip you into going on the tours so they can get a paycheck. I’m not a bad person so I DID feel bad for the fella but then again, why would someone put me in that position during my vacation? I typically love visiting Wyndham resorts, this Wyndham is the exception.

The staff was great, friendless and helpful. The rooms were clean and the property was clean. I only had one food item there. I had the nachos not so impressive. Did to storms the pills kept getting shut down so the access wasn't always there. Other than that I have morning bad to say.

We had a lake view room that was as promised. I loved the ability to have separate beds for all who wanted. The rooms were quiet for the most part and well maintained. I am grateful for the daily waters and coffees and the room refreshes. We were able to partake in the pools and the food and it was magnificent. The pools were all busy but never uncomfortable. The food was all fresh and very flavorful.

We loved all the pool options, especially the lazy river. It was also convenient to order room service when we were too tired to go out. The shuttle was easy to use and made getting to and from Disney springs a breeze. Highly recommend!

Clean facility and area to be in. Close to parks, good walk around the property and good onsite dining. Would stay again!

This resort was nothing short of amazing! We throughly enjoyed all of the activities they had going on daily, especially the aqua Zumba and the Latin nights! The staff were also wonderful and accommodating. The rooms are slightly outdated but it does look like some of the buildings on the property are undergoing renovation. Everything was clean and well maintained. There were about 7 pools two of which had water slides and two lazy rivers. I would 10000 percent recommend!
