The room layout was great for our family of 5 Breakfast could've been better and was not included with the price of the room.

The room is very spacious with good view, but it wasn’t ready to move in - no soap bars, and dirty sink. The carpet was a bit sticky. Room service works +- ok, some days cleans good, some days even no trash bags, no water. You can purchase breakfast for 27$ adults + taxes. Place was good, definitely ways for improvement for the price you pay.

Verrry comfortable beds, one of the bestest that I have tried. Not the usual 4 stars experience around the world. A simple “slippers” were not provided. The carpet was dirty and the towels didn’t smell fresh. You can also forget about help after 7PM. No variety of breakfast items.

Great location. Staff was incredible! Room was a little dirty. Missing a pillow on the bed. No extra blankets. The walls were paper thin and our neighbor woke us up several times throughout the evening just talking. You could clearly hear it through the walls.

Location There was fire on the 7th floor is what we were told first. But actually some kind of water line busted in the 9th floor. Everyone was evacuated. We were told by the Fire Dept and two mangers we would have to leave our room. But after several hours we were told we could back to our room. Elevator was still Cole’s until the morning. There were blowers and fans placed in the hall ways. No organization!!!! No one seem to know what was actually happening. Where to place people there was communication! We had breakfast in the room while we there. It was Buffett service yourself the hostess was given a 30 too automatically for walking us to our the table. Ridiculous

Pools and you can just let the kids swim while you rest after a long disney day Idk if they have short staff during our stay but there was 1 serving 20 guests so you can imagine the waiting time

The staff was incredibly professional and very accommodating. The food was all excellent. Service excellent. Property had lots of fun things to do and was well kept. We didn’t want to leave. The beds were very firm like a box with a topper. And the pool towels were extremely thin and short. Ive been to many many other properties and the pool towels are always plush and large like pool towels should be. Next time if we come we will bring our own towels.

As we sat on the balcony the smell of people smoking weed was overwhelming. It ruined any time we planned to stay on the balcony. The front desk was very willing to help us with this but we didn’t tell them until we checked out. That was the only downside of the stay. The rest of it was great. People should not be staying in these rooms, which were not cheap, smoking weed on the balconies.

Good amenities, our room stayed cool Felt like the carpet looked old and hair dryer was horrible (minor). Parking cost is ridiculous.

You pay for nightly parking. You still pay a daily resort fee. No complimentary coffee in the lobby…ever. Needless to say, the positives of this hotel (such as the pool and shuttle buses) are common with all the hotels however other places offer more to make a family stay more enjoyable and reasonable. We will choose a different location in the future because of these reasons.

Loved the resort! It was beautiful with lots of amenities. That being said I stayed on a Sunday night and a few of the restaurants were closed. I loved the access to the other resorts.

The pool was nice well kept. The property was clean. Very lush

What I saw looked great. The remote & the coffee machine was not in working order. Stains on carpets.
