My only suggestion is better toilet paper lol. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Disney area. Luxury enough for adults but great pool for the kiddos.

Great Hotel and Great Staff.

We were in Florida for a tournament and stayed here the first 3 days. It was the best part of our trip. We were close to all the Disney parks and shops. The staff at the Waldorf were so helpful in every aspect of our trip; directions, advice, park tips, restaurants, pool service, etc. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Phenomenal guest services and gorgeous hotel and amenities

We paid for a double king bed room superior. When we got to a property they said that that was a problem of Expedia, and that room name doesn’t exist, there is a superior room. I was shown a catalog of rooms. So I paid more than I should for something that was the same as other name. Be caeeful and call to make sure before you reserve. No apology no manager. I stayed at the Waldorf New York and this is not the same level.

Lovely stay for a girls weekend!

Charge you for EVERYTHING. Even picking up a small Amazon package ($15). Duplicate charges on bill and unable to get anyone to fix. Not helpful during stay. Nice hotel though
