The fact that I was able to bring my dog for my son’s disability is amazing. The staff treated my whole entire family great. All the amenities were available anytime, especially the staff in the pool. Kara was so attentive, she was the only waitress at the time on our side of the pool and she handle everyone with great customer service. For this reason I’ll be sure to come back very soon. Great experience

After being in our room for about an hour we noticed the toilet was leaking considerably so the front desk moved us to another room. Our new room was hard to keep cool and the morning we were departing we didn’t have hot water to take showers. We’ve stayed here multiple times and have been extremely happy. This visit not so much.

If I could give this resort a 6/5, I would. Every staff member was so incredibly kind. We enjoyed our room, loved the pool. The food was exceptional! We will be back and cannot wait to stay here again!

Whilst the property is beautiful it is very disappointing that despite numerous emails I have not been refunded my holding deposit. It was meant to be reimbursed after departure but I have not received it and my emails have gone unanswered. Holding deposit not returned when hotel reception staff said it would be returned promptly.

Out of my 3 night stay, the room was cleaned once. They decided to clean it at 5:30pm after i called and since we couldnt leave at that time. The simply didnt clean it. My view the whole stay was a dirty sock, i understand i payed for the cheapest room (deluxe ….) but I wont stay here again.

The crown jewel in the Disney empire. This hotel rivals the finest hotels we’ve ever stayed in in NYC Vancouver Miami etc. Dinner at the Bull and Bear was extraordinary the spa was fantastic. You’re on the Disney property. They were super dog friendly - really dog welcoming. But what stood above all of this was how warm and helpful the staff was. Just terrific. As good as any we’ve ever seen anywhere in the world. Will be back and soon.

The hotel is very good and clean. I stayed for one night and I really appreciated their details.

The service is 11 out of 10. The best of the whole experience was the service.

Its great! but for. me the food was too expensive, like the shrimp cocktail, just 2 shrimps for 14 dollares, but everything else its great.
