Excellent facility . Great staff . Great location. Great amenities. The room we stayed was awesome . In room dining is great . The morning breakfast place is very busy so we preferred in room dining but also it was 4 th of July so it was quite busy . Overall great experience. Valet service is great . But the housekeeping is the best . Will definitely stay again .

The resort and staff were great! Joey, Michelle and Leo were great at attending us at the Oscar’s Brasserie. The pool service was great, and you are able to share the lazy river with the signia hotel next door. My wife enjoyed the mother-to-be spa service as well. I highly recommend Waldorf Astoria for your stay at Orlando!

We loved our stay at the Waldorf Astoria, it was the perfect balance being close to Disney World but being a fabulous sanctuary in the evenings, wonderful staff and dining experiences. Thoroughly recommend this hotel!!

The hotel was better than anticipated! Our flight arrived in the morning and though we were expecting to only have our bags checked in so we could go to the parks the room was ready for us! The hotel services kept in touch with us on room cleaning and evening turn down service. The hotel offered many amenities that were great to have on sweltering hot days. Staff was extremely nice and helpful when it came to suggestions on how to get around. Definitely will be our go to hotel when in Orlando going forward!

While this is a beautiful hotel, the management drastically needs to coordinate their weddings better. Because of poor event planning, we were completely blocked from getting our car out of valet, which ultimately forced us to pay out of pocket for an Uber just to leave the property. For a resort of this caliber, the logistics should be handled much more seamlessly. Please do better.

Our stay was so wonderful, we’ll definitely come back. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. They knew it was our first visit to Disney World and they gave us a Disney treat to start off our stay, a welcomed surprise. They were all kind and we felt very taken care of. The shuttle was so convenient and was the first stop at Disney so we got to the park quickly. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice resort that’s close but doesn’t want to stay at the other Disney hotels.

The staff at this hotel is exceptionally in tune with travelers needs. We were able to get into our room within an hour of our request and were promptly notified via text that our room was available. The valet parking and bell services helped so much and the room service was quick and efficient. Even during a crazy rain storm. The onsite breakfast and food options were very good. This hotel is connected with the Hilton via indoor covered walk. Be advised though it travels through the conference space in both hotels. Events happening we felt like we were crashing moving through the space. But well worth the walk to restaurants. Consistently checking in to see if our needs are met. Super helpful at checkout too with the bell services being quick and efficient. Only draw back was one morning needing the car around checkout time to go to the parks. Had to call about 5 times to the valet to get through to someone to get the call. Otherwise the stay was fantastic!

First time staying and exceeded my expectations plus great food at the steakhouse with top notch customer service

Had a great time! The cleanliness and staff were okay compared to the previous Waldorf property that we’ve stayed at before. Had to request new pillows and towels due to staining.

Overall a very beautiful hotel. Room’s were nice at the surface, but our toilet wasn’t working properly. Then, maintenance left all their tools in the room after they’d finished fixing it and when we tried notifying a staff member that was in the hallway, he just told us he wasn’t part of that crew so he couldn’t help. Had higher expectations. Have had a better experience at Swan and Dolphin.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I didn't like that they don't have a business center for guest to use and printing document.
