Amazing place and amazing location.

Should consider to have more waffle machine, the line at the breakfast was huge. Also very important to have sunshades at the pool area, this summer is hotter than ever and it was impossible to enjoy the outside pool because there was none. Besides of thay, everything else was good. Nice staff

Not sure what pictures were being used to show the property but doesn’t reflect the place at all. It’s a hotel that is being renovated, or seems to be..room was musky smelling and had dehumidifiers in hallway….but comfortable hotel and amenities..just wish it would be more reflected of actual property

Very clean, good parking

The first room was terrible. The shower didn’t work, and the door took several attempts to open. We were moved to a different room. The second room was much better, but the TV still didn’t work properly.

Okay stay for being close to Disney property. I first stayed here when it was a wingate because of its proximity to espn wide world of sports that I would attend competitions. It then changed to grand hotel and it started to go downhill. Now it’s nobile hotel and the breakfast has improved and they try to keep the rooms clean but everything is dated and the carpets are so filthy it’s disgusting. My AC in the room kept losing power connection which is not fun in Florida summer. I called the front desk where the lady informed me that maintenance was off duty so I could wait until tomorrow (I was only staying one night) and I said this and she’s like well your options are to just deal with it or change rooms. Before I could even answer, she hung up and when I called back, I kept going directly to the hold music. So I guess my only option was to deal with it.

We had booked a room that had a pull out couch for my son to sleep on and there were 2 AC units in the room. We had left to go to Aquatica that Saturday morning and when we returned the room smelled like something was burning. The AC unit closer to my son was on 60 degrees but was not blowing cold at all. We told the front desk and they sent the maintance guy to come check it. He looked at and said that it was on a warm setting which it was not. I told him well it’s not blowing cold. He told me to let the front desk know again. Which again we did because then there was a ton of water on top of the unit. So he came back and cleaned it up with a towel. Nothing was done to fix the AC unit. We were told that they would change the rooms for us, but we were leaving the next day and I wasn’t sure if they would even be able to accomadate us with enough beds. Needless to say nothing was done for us at all. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Good waffles but got stuck in the elevator

Stayed here for 6 days, toliet plugged up after every use. Pool was green and not open. Breakfast was not good. The only shining star at this Hotel was the front reception Katie, she was lovely! She was the only reason we stayed and didn’t move hotels. She should be employee of the month every month! She was the best thing about this hotel!!
