The place is a total fraud. The pictures they post is not where the building looks.

We have really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are modern and clean. The staff is so nice and laid back. The WiFi is bad so that kept our kids off their phones a lot. So much wildlife, things to do and just removed enough from Duval. We stayed 5 nights and went to old town every night. We love this place and will come back

How close it was to our destination. Smoke detector was beeping and phone didn't work. Went down to desk and told her. No one was there to look at it and they had no other rooms. Then 10 mins later a man came to out room stood unsafe on the desk chair to unhook the smoke detector. I did not sleep well. The a/c was very loud and then it was quite but a constant drip sound kept me up. We arrived at 12pm and left at 645am

Overall the stay was great. Room was clean. Lobby area and elevator were clean as well. Breakfast was okay but she we got down there weren’t anymore hot options so just be aware of that when planning breakfast. One thing that I wasn’t aware of was the $30 hotel fee that covers parking, breakfast and all other things someone might use while staying there. Usually this is listed when booking a room and I just searched all over the hotels.com app again for this information before posting this review and I couldn’t find it.

No waffles at breakfast is a shame.

The staff was nice. There was construction noise in the rooms above , the breakfast had few options and was picked over by 7, the rooms are all damp and need remodeling, outdoor key swipes barley work so you have to go around the building to the front from the pool or back entrance by the elevator. The tv in the rooms don’t work and take a while to be replaced or fixed. Looks like they took over from the grand hotel but they should have done some remodeling before opening to guests.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. A/c was temperamental as in it was too cold, lol. We just turned it off completely in the end.

We stay here 3 to 4 times a year when we fo a few days at Disney. Love the breakfast.

We tried to resolve the situation with the hotel, but after experiencing the same problem in two separate rooms, we had no choice but to leave and drive almost two hours back home that same night. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the hotel refused to issue a refund, even after Expedia contacted them and tried to resolve the situation on our behalf. We did not leave because we simply changed our plans. We left because the condition of the rooms made us genuinely concerned about staying there with our children. After trying two rooms and encountering the same strong mold smell in both, I believe a refund would have been the reasonable and fair solution. Unfortunately, based on both the condition of the rooms and the way the situation was handled, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially to families traveling with young children or anyone with asthma or respiratory sensitivities.

This location had a $27 per person per night extra charge. Not disclosing this information is deceptive and shady. I will say, the lady who did check in was very nice, no complaints with staff. Other issue - they do not want you to take your breakfast food to your room. This is not fair for a variety of reasons. 1) some people cannot be around other people chewing food 2) some people don’t eat during that 7-10am time window, due to diet or fasting, but being able to be in room with some yogurt or fruit when fasting window is open would be great. 3) the breakfast is included in price of room, let the people eat where they want. 4) food isn’t even nice enough to be guarding it. Hot options - premade egg “omelette”, sausage, or round sausage. That is it. Cold options- bananas, corn flakes (maybe frosted couldn’t tell in the self serve container), two flavors of yogurt. Yes the rooms are decent priced and breakfast reflects that, and I am okay with that, just let the people eat where they want, in their pjs and messy hair.

Convenient to parks but you get what you pay for! It’s definitely great for when you are just looking for somewhere to sleep. Not very clean rooms.

The room had black mold growing on lamp shades and the floors are caked in dirt and stains. First hotel that I have ever seen that needed dehumidifiers in the rooms.The staff did not want to help and swap rooms, but they finally did.
