Exceptional

The property is gorgeous! Very tropical and a great vibe. The coffee shop in the lobby was exceptional, John was a pleasure to interact with every day, and he recognized me in the elevator and said hello. Amazing property and welcoming staff. Jeffrey checked us in and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The pool area was meticulously kept and a great way to end our busy days. Our stay was everything we could have asked for. I can’t think of a thing that was disappointing but I did get lost time and time again

I have been staying at this property for years, and I just love it. The pool is amazing. It is the main reason I like to stay there, along with this super cute little outdoor bar that makes for a perfect little hang out. The rooms are great. Comfortable beds, plenty of room, and clean. My one very small gripe is that whatever air freshener the housekeeping staff uses was a bit overwhelming when I first arrived. It gave me a headache. However, after a day, it had worn off, and I was perfectly happy.

Falta limpieza en algunas áreas

From the moment my family and I checked in everything was amazing. Jeff has excellent customer service and very nice person.

It was okay

very nice resort would stay again. i gave it four stars because the rooms are dated but have the necessities. the pool however was beautiful but their aren’t enough chairs at all. the lobby and pool are beautiful

Exelente

Good hotel , excellent location

The staff The bedsheets the next day when they were changed, had blood spots on it. Also, the booking is misleading. It says continental breakfast and I chose to have breakfasf included. When we had breakfast on Saturday the buffet was not included. We had to pay or add it to the room. The booking was very misleading

We loved everything. Even booked another stay for November.. thank you Everything was wondering.

Very good

The hotel was great and a very pleasurable experience. I thought the parking prices should have never been added, because you already had to stay at the resort anyways. The payment for a parking for a place you already booked to stay.

Todo excelente gracias

Things don’t always go perfectly, but having a caring and responsive team makes all the difference. We truly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help, and they turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Thank you to the entire staff for taking care of us and making our stay a memorable one. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Room was very clean and updated, with a refrigerator witch was nice to have cold drinks in the room. The pool area was great with a tiki bar with good options from beer and wine, to some good fruity cocktails.
