The service people were very helpful. Resturant has only couple of vegetarian options.

The best part I loved from the resort was that breakfast was until 12pm. If you don't like to fell rushed in the morning this hotel is for you. The room has a very good size. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The varies outdoor pool was never crowded, enough lounges for everyone. I would recommend this hotel.

I was in a business trip so unfortunately I could not enjoy the bautiful pool. Food was amazing, breakfast wonderful.

I really enjoy this hotel staff are very friendly and helpful management really help out a lot and front desk guy don’t know his name but he was very good and made sure I was taken care of .house keeper manager was very nice and helped me with any issue I had .The food was excellent and well cooked at the pointe the staff are very friendly and made sure my trip was going good the pool always clean and around the area very nice hotel will be back again to stay at this hotel I give it 5 star wish I can give more but good and great services .Enjoyed my stay

Cleaner bathroom

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. The staff is great, very clean, The beds are comfortable. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool. And the Food is Excellent. They give you $25 dollars each day to spend it on food or drinks. We had a awesome time. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Me gustó la locación muy buena todo está cerca la comida es buena y la atención también , lo que no me gustó es la visita de personas ajenas al hotel que tenían comportamiento inadecuados además de que el hotel tiene olor a humedad horrible las alfombras de los cuarto están sucias huelen a sucio a polvo a viejo , el aire acondicionado de la habitación a penas enfriaba .

Our room was cleaned every day, the beds were neatly made, and everything was well maintained. The front desk staff was also very helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was ok, it was clean, and the staff was helpful. I would not stay again in this hotel. Too many extra fees.

La habitación que me asignaron # 1226, tenia una tupición leve en la bañera la cual estanca el agua en la tina durante todo el periodo en el que se utiliza la regadera lo cuál es muy anti higienico y desagradable, al igual que la cortina de baño que tenia un edor característico. Una de las sábanas de una de las camas tenía unas manchas negras. En el ambiente del hotel se notaba una fuerte presencia de huespedes que no me daban un buen aspecto, y ademas veo que tengo un cargo pendiente del hotel por $150 extra que no sé por qué motivo me están haciendo ese cargo.
