Outdoor pool and bar were nice and lobby is fully renovated, welcoming and includes a Starbucks.

Pretty Nice

The experience was as expected. Well located, easy access and quiet environment. Staff was very professional and helpful. Still doing the good quality of the housekeeping basics, like trash and towels, clean and fix beds without requesting. Front desk is a plus, very professional, and willing to help all the time without hesitation. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

All better imposible

The restaurant was very good. They did poolside ordering & the food was so good. Some elevators weren't working, so long waits or you had to climb flights of stairs. Lots of language barriers with staff. Only ice machine was on 1st floor. The pool was amazing, the beds & pillows were comfy. Would return again.

Room was nice. The only thing was the tub and sink water wasn’t going down the drain until you fully turn it off. Maintenance did come and fix the problem, but whatever they put in the drain was a hard smell so I asked to get my room changed which the other room had a toilet problem that I fixed myself. Overall I loved the location and the staff. Pool area was my favorite part of the hotel.

The shuttles to the park are not at the most convenient times. They also only do one set a day it seemed like. Also they don’t shuttle to all the parks which was upsetting.

Our Room was conveniently located to all the pools. Grounds and pool areas very well maintained. Staff were all very friendly and caring. Breakfast was all you can eat but was pretty expensive and average quality food. The pool bar and hotel bar were way overpriced…no outside beverages were allowed which was a money grab. Some of the teens were out of control by jumping in the Coy pond, climbing the decorative pool walls, over splashing. No staff was around to correct the typical teen behavior. Overall this hotel gets 5 ⭐️s WE Will be back! Thank you!!!

Family oriented, very dedicated and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING!!! Room was very clean, great air conditioning was so good. N/A

Location was perfect for what we attended in Orlando. Our bedding we ripped, asked for new bedding and never got fresh bedding.

The property was pretty clean and everything was good but I think that it should explain on booking.com that you have to pay for parking every night that you are there There wasn’t much that I didn’t like every was considerably good

Staff was pleasant and accomdating. Great outdoor pool and bar area. Great for families or a couples getaway. Great selection on food and beverage menus and reasonably priced. Free shuttle service to disney parks.

From the room to the staff, everything was up to my standards. Great job!!

The only small negative was that a few elevator were not working so we had to take the stairs or a further escalator. Overall, i’d come back here anytime :)

Room could have been cleaner. Tub and sink drained extremely slow. Shower head was clogged so could not change settings.
