Amazing hotel

We have been coming to this resort for many years, ever since our children were little, and now they are teenagers. It has always been a special place for our family, which made our experience over the Fourth of July holiday weekend even more frustrating. The water park was extremely overcrowded. There were families with small children sitting on the ground because there were not enough lounge chairs available. After seeing the chaos on the first day, I rented chairs for the following day. However, when I arrived, the chairs I had reserved had been sold to someone else. No one could explain how this happened or provide an appropriate solution. I was simply offered chairs in a different area than the one I had reserved and paid for. The Fourth of July celebration was another major disappointment. For a resort of this caliber, with so much potential and so many families staying there, the event was incredibly underwhelming and boring. It felt far below what guests should expect from a resort like this, especially on such an important holiday. To make matters worse, when we were leaving, one of the valet attendants was standing around talking with someone else while blocking the exit for the cars, causing an unnecessary delay. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience we have ever had at the Gaylord. After so many years of returning to this resort, we never expected such poor service and lack of organization.

Love all the Gaylord properties. The food is great and all the amenities were great.

Me encantó súper limpio

Es una señora espectacular sumamente atenta con un profundo sentido de la empatía nos ayudó a que nuestras habitaciones quedaran comunicadas pues nosotros fuimos con dos niños y uno de ellos tiene condición de autismo tanto ella como todos en el hotel fueron súper comprensivos y amables también el personal especial del restaurante “V” de comida mediterránea que es estilo Bufet nos buscaron una mesa apartada sin mucha gente incluso me ayudaron con una Extencion para un cargador para que mi niño con autismo estuviera tranquilo y nos dejara comer en paz Yo honestamente opino que es de los mejores hoteles que he ido en Orlando y la Florida y sobre todo enfatizo por su personal pues el hotel puede se muy lindo y muy bueno que si el personal no sirve no vale la pena para familias como nosotros que vivimos en un constante extrema nos sentimos protegidos atendidos y des estresados gracias gracias miles familias como nosotros sabemos apreciar no solo un bien servicio sino un gesto humano y sentirse tranquilo y como en familia como en casa eso no tiene precio 🏆 los números 1 recomendado 💯

The hotel has everything you need! The food was amazing, hotel and rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean, the staff were excellent! We enjoyed most of our time at the pool! The kids had a blast! We will be back!

The kids had an absolute blast! There was never a dull moment with so many activities, attractions, and things to explore throughout the resort. If you enjoy capturing family memories, you’ll love this place—there are countless beautiful photo spots around every corner. One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness. We visited during the busy July 4th holiday weekend when the resort was packed, yet everything was incredibly well maintained. Our room, bathrooms, hallways, lobby, restaurants, pool areas—everywhere we went was spotless. It was impressive to see how hard the staff worked to keep such a large resort looking pristine despite the crowds. The dining options were excellent with plenty of restaurants to choose from, so everyone in the family found something they enjoyed. Most importantly, every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. We did have some confusion with valet while picking up our car, which ended up costing us about 20 minutes. However, one employee immediately stepped in, went above and beyond to resolve the situation, and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. That level of customer service says a lot about the people working here. Yes, staying here is expensive, but after experiencing everything the resort has to offer, I can honestly say it’s worth it.
