Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center

Love this hotel and how is very family oriented. It was recently remodeled and loved the spacious room.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. I think that the resort and parking fees are excessive. If you’re an overnight guest, we’re already paying resort fees. Self Parking should be complimentary

Great place, expensive, but all in one place

The hotel was excellent, employees very helpful and friendly. Unless you request a room on the front of the hotel, it's a long walk back and forth throughout the hotel.

Amazing resorts, very clean, very helpful ,friendly and professional staff .

But will never return, When you Charge people to park 43 Per day with tax that’s horrible! Plus if you leave and come back another additional day charge Then you charge another $45 I think for park fees it’s crazy and you get Nicole and dime to death.

Absolutely everything!!! Stunning atmosphere and amenities!! Very minor maintenance needs. Like the drawers in our room the handles kind of fell off and I reattached them.

Free drink tickets only offered to some guests but not others? Seemed odd our friends got drunk tickets when they checked in but we did not. Not a big deal but how do you pick and choose? The light show for super hero night was disappointing… maybe play some music to go with it or mention there’s a story we need to figure out in our own? The need to “check in” to go to the pool and have to wear wristbands seemed odd but otherwise a good stay. The hotel was well maintained.

No open restaurant choices on a saturday, too expensive, checkout complicated by lack of credit card control. Must be closing business.
