Horrible Place , no Coffee in Room for a suite, No toilet paper holder , Mo breakfast as advertised. Sketchy Area . Not worth the risk and Price is ridiculous.

Room was very nasty, nothing was wiped down, the cabinets, refrigerator, stove, microwave & mirrors had stains. The shower floor was nasty and the room smelled like marijuana. Top Blanket had burn holes in it.

Was pretty disappointed with this stay. Online it showed newly renovated rooms, but in reality they might’ve been renovated at least five years ago. The AC was completely broken, which was not advertised anywhere even inside the building whenever we got there. maintenance did give us a fan for inside of the room, which helped cool it down a little bit. There is mold under the sinks and in the cabinets and the faucet was leaking. It was at least 90° in the hallways. You could visibly tell our room had barely been clean before we got there. We also had cigarette burns all over our sheets in a non-smoking room. The hallways also smell very strongly of marijuana our whole entire stay and nothing was done about that even though we were also on a whole entire non-smoking floor. Overall, just very disappointed in the quality of the rooms, the fire alarm was even pulled out of the ceiling. would not stay here again.

Upon check in there was a sign on the counter saying Breakfast closed and Pool Closed . Going down hallway to room the hall carpet had debris everywhere and not vacuumed at all. I had booked a suite to be able to have sofa bed and the mattress was rusted and stained and so worn we were unable to use. I spoke with front desk and he said there was no mattress on sofa bed it was just to be used as sofa. I kept explaining it did have a mattress it was not usable. I was getting no where so got towels since there was only 2 in bathroom and went back to room. The floors were filthy. The bottom of my slippers were black in no time and stuff all over floors and in every corner especially the bathroom floor was nasty. Mold even in shower. The freezer has dried brown liquid froze to bottom and refrigerator dirty. All surfaces were dusty and mattresses uncomfortable. TV screen was so dirty and smeared with handprints. The whole room smelled like mold from air unit .

N/A outlet for coffee maker and hair dryer didn't work. Handle in the shower fell off.

Job was canceled and I didn't even check in. Asked if I could change my reservation to a later date, was told no. Company money but still was a waste of money.

Swimming pool was inoperable. No Continental breakfast anymore. Elevator was dirty. 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes and marijuana everyday. Walls were dirty. There was a rude female employee that saw me standing in the lobby area and demanded to know my room number without any greeting. I gave her my info and she just looked at me like I was lying to her. I noticed a small car in the parking with flat tires. 3 cars of police came one night for a disruptive guest. And last but not least a BED BUG feasted on my buttock on my last day. This use to be a nice place to stay but it looks like the ownership has changed. I exterminated all clothing and vehicle when I got back home to Texas. I will NEVER stay at this Quality again. I hope this review will help others.

They advertised the hotel as having a pool and breakfast, but when we arrived, they had neither. There were no large towels in the room; we had to dry ourselves with small towels because we didn't notice until after we had finished showering. Furthermore, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.
