Perfect area and no issues

The next morning there was no hair dryer, no shampoo, no conditioner! You have to go down to the desk and check these things out!! Where in the world does this happen!?!? No where but Studio 6 in Lake Charles! Will never stay here again.

It was clean and smelled clean. The AC didn’t work at all in our room. It was 76 degrees. We did get a fan from the office which barely helped.

Everything was very nice, rooms, staff, etc. Only problem I had was the shower. They barely worked. But it’s a good cheap hotel for just staying and sleeping for a few nights in.

For one day, our stay was good. The room was comfortable. Thr room could use new bedding & an upgrade on toiletries.

This was a very poor experience. The advertisement stated breakfast and there was no breakfast provided. When we got there on Friday August 21, you had to ring a bell for someone to come to the desk. When the lady came to the desk she had an attitude,she talked so low I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. She barely took time look up our reservation before she stated we had the wrong location. I showed her the confirmation number she sshen she said she found after I was told to open the reservation. Had she taken tiopen up the reservation! Really!

Room didn’t smell clean, tub needed to be cleaned again. Overall my stay before was better than this last stay. Ended up checking out a day before my original visit.

I had to leave unexpectedly due to work and will not refund the second night I had paid for. There was junk all in the hallway

This was a simple but CLEAN hotel. We were there only about 8 hours but it served its purpose. Not fancy but overall great for the price

I’ve stayed there before it seems to me. The property is doing very well. Now the lady that checked me in was very nice and flight, and the gentlemen that checked me out was just the same. Very very polite. Very friendly.
