Clean and safe , nice breakfast! The only problem we had the pool is dirty and cold .

Everything was neat and clean, the staff were behind amazing. I had accidentally left an item and called after check-out and the front desk manager contacted housekeeping who retrieved it and had it waiting there for me whenever I was able to get back several hours later. Overall, it was a wonderful, the snack bar had lots of items there available for purchase. I’ve been staying at lots of Best Westerns the last few months and there were a few small things that didn’t hold up like the others across the US. First, typically you can charge the items in the snack bar directly to your room, without any issues. This one wouldn’t let you charge anything over $5. Had to go all of the way back to my room for get money to finish the transaction. Also, because all of the others I’ve stayed at had full-sized shampoo and conditioners in the showers, I didn’t bring those items with me this time, and this one only had the travel-sized ones. Breakfast wasn’t as impressive as the last several we have stayed at either. Besides the typical waffles and biscuits and gravy, the only “hot food” was scrambled eggs, pan sausage, and some sort of seasoned potatoes. Other than those small things, which thinking it was standard for the shampoo/conditioner, which is totally on me for just assuming that’s something standard now, the stay was wonderful, everything was clean and staff was so helpful!

We stayed on the second floor. The people who was over us had kids and stomped all night and they got up the next morning stomping again. I tried calling the front but No one would answer.

A representative was polite and tried to help me, but after that I never received any follow-up communication. I did not receive a phone call, email, or text message regarding the status of my request. As a result, I lost $133 for a hotel stay that I never checked into. I feel that my concerns were not properly addressed and that the protection plan did not provide the help I expected. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, and it has caused me to lose confidence in using Expedia for future bookings. I would appreciate a review of my situation and an explanation of why a refund was not provided.

Could not get temperature set correctly. Fitness room was dirty and not much to offer as well as no water. I got down to breakfast at eight fifteen and there was not a lot as well as not good. Check-in staff was fine. Check out she. Arely acknowledged us. Did not feel safe in area around the hotel, no restaurants were close. I will not stay there again.
