Busy check in was handled great! Lots of guest enjoying the sitting area to enjoy the football game. Very exciting. Great breakfast, and clean kitchen dining area.

Check in was 3pm we arrived at 3:15 and the lobby was full of people and they had not even started checking people in. The next morning the coffee maker did not work. Told lady at counter, couldn't find anyone in or around kitchen to tell. The lady finally looked at the coffee pot and said it was broken. The cereal twister was twisted off so u couldn't get cereal. The juice was empty. The ice makers were all turned off on every floor.

Nothing! No bottle water to take medication or make coffee. Our room was on the first floor next to the laundry room and it was so noisy we couldn’t get any rest

We love this hotel for our trips to Lake Charles. The staff is always welcoming & helpful, the breakfast is good & the rooms are clean.

Bugs in the room; killed several large & small roaches. Toilet leaked; threw towels down. Didn't complain to management, just got through the night because it was late when we got back there.
-
The eggs were cold , the sausage patties were hard Breakfast could have been hot and fresher
