My husband and I stayed there one night. We went to the nugget to listen to a concert.. the building is old, but it was clean. But it had such a smell like wet, moldy smell throughout the whole building. Our room was clean. It’s a slightly updated by new paint on the walls. I was shocked to see the bathtub being all patched up. But for the price that we paid I guess it was OK. It’s very close to lots of places to eat in casinos. Housekeeping was very nice and polite. Front desk. Staff was very nice and polite. It’s just the building itself. Must’ve been a grand beautiful place at one time. I am just a picky person. I actually went and bought some bathtub cleaner. I did not take a bath. I use the shower. The pressure was OK. The Air-Conditioning was nice and cold. It does sit in the middle of apartment complex on one side in the neighborhood on the other, which I did not care for that at all. But it is convenient to the casinos and stores. We did not eat breakfast there. We went and checked it out, but it was too dark. Kind of gloomy looking back there. So we just left. I can’t tell you if it was good or not. It just didn’t look inviting because it was so dim the lights.

Mold in bathroom. Dirty floors. Zero clean towels during the stay.

Had the most traumatic experience ever at this hotel . It was so disgusting that I almost don’t want to type it imagine getting to a room unpacking then taking a shower grabbing a clean towel from the rack only to open it and smell the worst smell you ever smelled because a housekeeper decided to fold the towel that a previous guest had used . I actually held a towel with someone else’s excrement on it I’m my hand and almost wiped my clean body with it. I instantly got nauseous. It’s some much more I want type here about how this was handled by the property but I won’t

This property needs to be torn down and completely rebuilt. Looks like they tried to put lipstick on an old building - just redo it all! The bathtub was old, had rust stains, dingy faucet. The furniture also old, scratched, paint/wood coming off. The refrigerator door was chipped/broken pieces at bottom. The hallway by elevator had bags of trash stacked - looked like housekeeping emptied guests trash cans and just left there. Also, vacuum cleaner was left in hallway the entire time I was there. Thumbs down on this location.

The lobby is clean, and they have meeting rooms for conferences. Moreover, the lobby has a bar and restaurant area for morning breakfast. There is a business center to take calls and print. Rooms smelled musty, but that’s about it (just turned on AC to keep air circulating).

The room could have been nicer for the price. It was very over priced for what it was. The room was not what it appeared to be in pictures. It was not horrible but it was not what was expected.
