The property was in a great location. Close to many nearby restaurants, and the casinos. The photos look better than the actual quality. Our room smelled bad, and was not cleaned very well. The elevators are horrible. It seems like it’s very run down for the price.

The staff, the rooms. The pool was like ice water, the room it was in was cold, the restaurant and bar were newer additions I guess so didn't have majority of what I ordered, and the breakfast and coffee were cold.

Very spacious rooms and well kept. Accommodating staff and especially Meghan who always recognizes a return guest with excitement! Kudos to her hospitality!

The location was a decent distance from the civic center. The pipes were rusted which left rust collecting in the toilet after every flush.

Room was damp. Breakfast buffet was not replenished and there was no attendant available. I had to go to the front desk to ask for condiments and cups

I liked the parking. The room was decent. The coffee was good. I didn't like that two of my pillows on one of the beds had stains it looked like it was makeup. I didn't like that housekeeping didn't service my room even after I requested. I didn't like that they never brought fresh towels or take out the trash. We were there for 3 days. We had to ask the front desk for our towels and bath items. There's only one set of elevators and only one elevator worked.
