This hotel need some TLC as far as the genral updates. Interior and with hvac.

I’m not sure I’d recognize this Hotel. I know I won’t be staying again. The bath tub was horrible no water pressure and not maintained well. There was a small roach in the room. Had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. No iron in the room had to ask for one. The only good things was a decent inside pool area and decent breakfast.

3 stars at best.

The building smelled like cigarettes. The bar was closed due to it having the correct certificate or license. I honestly did not eat breakfast there to judge. The pool was not spectacular.

The staff was helpful and the location was ideal for the places I needed to go to during my trip. The air worked well in the rooms, but the common areas like the lobby & hallways were stuffy & humid.

Good location. Afternoon front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Downside the microwave didn't work but it was replaced. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The TV volume i would say didn't work correctly. The volume was turned up in the 90's and still was just loud enough to hear. The picture on the TV was fine. Internet was not working either.

I booked the room for 3 adults and we didn’t have enough towels so we asked for only what we needed and they didn’t have enough to give me a big dry towel. The next day I asked for a big towel since I never got one and the lady said she didn’t have access to where they were locked up. So two nights I used a hand towel to dry my plus size body. Our door wasn’t secure because the part in the wall the door is supposed to catch was missing screws and we had to slam and keep pushing to get it to close. Only God kept us safe because the door wasn’t. The hallway to our room felt like outside. The air wasn’t on and we about passed out each time we walked in the hallway. The bar was never open and breakfast was scarce when we went down a hour after it started. Thankfully none of those issues ruined our trip.

The room and bathroom was spacious! The pool was nice and cold. There weren't enough bath towels for everyone. The elevator took forever! The "complimentary " breakfast was very disappointing. There wasn't much to choose from, unfortunately.

Location was good. Older site in need of renovations.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Hot breakfast was provided. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Good location; close to food options. The pool was available and clean. I had to wait a little while for fresh towels when I called the front desk to request. But the staff were very attentive and apologetic about the wait.

I didnt mind that the neighborhood was eating all the food at the breakfast buffet. I DID mind that there was NO internet for two days. The hallway was 85 degrees and my room ac could barely cool my room to 75. This hotel needs to be shut down

Clean, quiet, and adequate water pressure in the shower. WiFi was a little spotty but overall good stay at this hotel.

We had to ask for the room to be cleaned, the first night had to wrong level room we were book for a one bedroom suite but only had a one king bedroom available. They did move us to the suite the next night which was good. Overall good stay staff were good I would book there again.

Worst breakfast ever nothing was ready when they said it was good to start they had nothing organize no plates. Food was not ready. Staff doing the food look like they just got out of prison. I don’t know. It was just bad. I’ve been through a lot of hotels let me tell you this is the worst one as far as breakfast no utensils no water nothing was ready. Unbelievable I would never say this place again. Coffee was bad had to the plastic cup how to use the plastic cup to get coffee no foam cup were available only plastic cups. Can you imagine how hot the coffee was? Management needs to see what’s going on allowing this kind of behavior to happen its unacceptable

Building was warm, room AC worked.

We made our reservation online and upon walking into the hotel there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes and marijuana. We stayed hopeful. But once we entered the room we disappointed to see that the cleaning was not done well. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the shower. It being the middle of the night as well as traveling with two young kids we tried not to worry too much about it since we’d be leaving early anyway and didn’t need to use the shower. We got ready to go to bed when we noticed a bad odor coming from the carpet next to the bed. It was a rough night and didn’t feel safe. We don’t recommend nor will we be staying again.

Room had the ‘not rented nor freshened’ in a LONG time. If a comfy bed needed after a long day if driving, it’s perfect.
