loved the location of the hotel near the casinos. loved the decor and modern look. breakfast was great. loved the amenities in the room. Haley at the front desk was very nice and I appreciate her checking in on us. great overall experience.

Be aware no coffee maker in rooms

Overall a decent room. I was charged for a king room with bayou view but my room only had a view of the parking lot. The hotel states they only received word of a king room. I was charged extra each night for something I didnt receive.

Why clean, and close to good food and casinos. Only knock I have,is that the beds were a little to firm for my liking. But overall, really a nice.

The breakfast could have been better, as it lacked variety. For instance, they could add bacon and grits instead of just oatmeal, sausages, and eggs. The pancake machine looked really cool, and the kids enjoyed watching their pancakes being made, but all of the food offered seemed undercooked. Additionally, the juices were watered down, and the ice machine was either broken or empty whenever I tried to use it. On a positive note, the hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff was pleasant, professional, and very friendly. Lastly, the pool could be bigger, and they should consider adding a kiddie pool area as well.

The staff were extremely helpful! The hotel was exceptionally clean and the rooms were modern and up to date.

Overall nice hotel. Nice location, next to creek. Clean rooms. Yummy breakfast. Guests in room above us were loud- we could hear them rolling around on office chair or possibly luggage.
