The room is very nice and clean. USB chargers didn’t work. Staff friendly. Reserved a double room but only got a single. They don’t honor 3rd party reservations but will give what’s available.

The room was clean and comfortable, no issues there. The problem was housekeeping & communication or the lack of it. Despite having a confirmed late checkout: • 9:30 AM: Housekeeping knocked on the door. • 11:30–11:45 AM: Another knock from a different staff member. • 12 PM: The hotel called asking who I spoke to about the late checkout because “it wasn’t in the system.” Even after I explained everything for the third time, at 1 PM, the same young man knocked again and said, “I don’t mean to rush you, but can I at least get the linen off the bed?” At that point, we were getting dressed for our event. My husband had already gone to get a luggage cart and saw the same staff member waiting by our door. Completely unnecessary and absolutely inappropriate. This wasn’t a misunderstanding, it was repeated harassment after the hotel had already approved our late checkout. Housekeeping showed poor etiquette, no respect for guests’ privacy, and zero internal communication. We chose this hotel specifically because they said they could accommodate our request. Instead, we were interrupted four times and made to feel rushed and unwelcome. I travel often, and I will not be returning to this location. Train your staff about proper etiquette.

This is one of the newer properties so everything was clean and modern and fresh. Slight complaint is it's close to major roadways, so you'll hear typical road noises of cars driving. Also, they are building a new hotel beside it and there is a lot of construction noise.

No hot water to shower or shave with and the phone did not work to call the front desk. Threw on some clothes to go down and tell the front desk. Was told sorry offered another room but now we were out of time and just had to leave.
