The night gentleman was good and nice; however, he removed my card I had on file and put another I had gave him because I had lost my license and card at the casino. My wrong card had to be charged bc the day host couldn't find the old card.

The room was very clean and homely. The dove products were amazing for showering and washing hair. The kitchen appliances were the best part because we didn’t have to spend so much money on eating out,we cooked and warmed our leftovers. It was raining so we didn’t utilize the pool,but overall the stay was a 10/10. That’s the only hotel my husband and I stay in when we visit Lake Charles!

Friendly staff, great pool. Kitchen lacked enough silverware and dirty dishes when we arrived, floors were sticky and we had to let the hot water run for 20 minutes before it was warm. Parking was a challenge. Over all, nice stay and will consider staying again next time we visit the area.
