I enjoyed my stay. Then bed was very firm.

Very pleased with our stay!

Great stay and family friendly our kids enjoyed it.

The room was very clean and homely. The dove products were amazing for showering and washing hair. The kitchen appliances were the best part because we didn’t have to spend so much money on eating out,we cooked and warmed our leftovers. It was raining so we didn’t utilize the pool,but overall the stay was a 10/10. That’s the only hotel my husband and I stay in when we visit Lake Charles!

The location It felt like it was built cheaply, it was unclean, and the staff did not seem to care

Everything was wonderful

Friendly staff, great pool. Kitchen lacked enough silverware and dirty dishes when we arrived, floors were sticky and we had to let the hot water run for 20 minutes before it was warm. Parking was a challenge. Over all, nice stay and will consider staying again next time we visit the area.

The breakfast was very good with many varieties to choose from. Everything was fresh and the dining room was clean with adequate seating. I would highly recommend! Just a petty thing on my part,,,,,would have loved some bacon on the breakfast buffet.

Clean Nothing

The hotel was clean and the Outside area was fun for the kids!!! We needed Help using the Grill outside and the staff couldn’t help us

Well to start our door was open upon check in. There was no hot water for at least 30 min and when called in they knew of this issue for weeks it sounds. The breakfast coffee and hot water was cold as well. The fountain juice was broken. The tv didnt work in room. There was no soap in dispenser. It really has one down. Last time staying here.

Two things happened, one a negative and the other a positive. On Friday I had food out on the cabinet as one of the attendants did a soft clean- 3 links of boudin. When I returned there were only 2. I immediately notified staff and the manager. He stood in the hall with a clipboard only saying she did a soft clean, so it made me uneasy- feeling like could have allowed this behavior. The manager had nothing else to say, not even an apology. I took action to protect my belongings, not even allowing the soft clean for the remainder of my stay. On the flip side my husband left his bag outside as we drove to a family event and someone was kind enough to return it to the front desk, all items still in there. Please note, Friday morning the hot water was cold for instant coffee and so was the coffee. The atmosphere and cleanliness in the breakfast area needs some work boxes stacked along the kitchen, and a fan running in the hallway for two days doesn’t add to my desire to ever want to stay at this property again. My husband and I have stayed numerous times, with this being the last. I initially was not going to say anything because my husbands bag was returned, but as I return home I don’t want anyone to feel victimized as I did, leaving distrust for the staff having to pack all my belongings with us each day of our 2 day family event.

Loved the shower and rooms Wifi access. Basketballs were flat

Beds was very comfortable HVAC was a little off. Could have been more comfortable. Was a little warm.

Staff was so rude specialy one lady at chrck in . We were treated very badly.

Other than the upstairs neigbor stomping through the night, it was a grwat sty
