Clean room, nice staff & good breakfast. Air conditioning worked well. Peacefully quiet.

The breakfast was good. The first room that we got in had a bunch of maintenance issues, it seemed like it was a secluded room that no one would’ve ever entered! From the loose sink faucet handle and shampoo holder in the bathroom to a ton of insects/box that scared us away eventually in the middle of our stay! Also, the biggest problem that I’ve realized when comparing to the other Holiday Inn hotels that I’ve been to, they were not giving us bottles of water, some people might not have car to go shopping and bottles of water are very cheap to provide for their guests and for a room that is over $250 a night having a few bottles of water a day would’ve been not just appreciated but necessary! Finally, I don’t know if this was a pet friendly facility but people had pets and it seemed like they were hiding their pets so I felt really bad as I’m allergic to dogs and there were trace of the smell and dirt around the hallways and the elevator, even some people brought their pets into the breakfast, which I really didn’t like!

Breakfast was good. Room must have just had a renovation. Still had painters tape on the wall in the bathroom. The shower head leaked and u can see where they patch some holes in the wall. For $200 a night I expected better.

Nothing special At 9.30am the floors were already full of dirty laundry from the rooms while taking care of check out. Could be placed in bags. Cleaning stuff were knocking on my door at 9.20am to come in and start cleaning. Some hours before check out.

Is close to everything targe walmart casinos love it They didnt clean my room and also charge me doble in my card and the front desk lady say is not her fault and i will get my money doble charge in 7 days depending on the bank very rude

Good size room and bathroom

It was a great experience, everyone was very was welcoming. The pool was a bit small, but over all very clean.

The staff was top-notch I didn’t want for anything! I really love the daily cleaning service and replenishing of coffee and towels which other places don’t seem to do all the time! We’ll stay here again
