The sheets were never changed and they add fee ever other day had no room service of any kind then and kept calling the room and turning off the room key

Absolutely nothing. Extremely poorly maintained, dirty EVERYTHING, (flooring, bathtub, towels/wash clothes/floor towel. Bed lacked any support/sunk into the bed; I chose not to sleep under the sheets/covers out of fear, the stench of the room smelled of a heavy smoker had lived there for decades/since motel was first built. A/C floor unit was functioned, but dirty, without a filter, and appeared to be a fire hazard the way wired. Door lock was flimsy and without a second locking system (door chain) that i barricaded the door from the inside before going to sleep and left the tv on. If I had to describe my room and this property in one word, the word that comes to mind is Crackhouse with people meandering outside who could pass as meth heads (I believe this property has tenants who are longterm residents, not your daily travelers. I made the mistake of believing the 6.6 rating with the word “Pleasant” on the booking.com website to describe this property when booking and the 7.5 rating on another website.

You definitely get what you pay for.

I got no new sheets after staying a week and they wanted to charge me $50 a night additional what I already paid messed with my key so I had to keep going back to the office then didn't give my deposit after I cleaned when I left I have a video DO NOT GO HERE

really didnt like the fact that there were people walking the property at night after hours rooms should had pluming fixed before checking in. I am sure others complained about that issue.

I like how rustic the property was. It was very quaint and had an old beach house feel. I felt the shower head was a bit short.

Been staying here for years. Clean, quiet, comfortable, safe. Easy to get to, great location for our needs.

The property was affordable and adequate for my needs, solo travel and a place to lay down for a few hours. Bed was not comfortable, pillows were mismatched and pillowcases were stained. $50 deposit taken at check-in, but I had to call the property a week later to follow-up. The person I spoke to on the phone told me to come to the property to get $50 cash, but I had to explain that I live out of state and that’s not an option. After explaining to them what to do, I finally have a pending refund of the deposit. Affordable room, but will cost you patience.

Guest outside at 2:00a.m. disruptive behavior.
