Room was mildew smelling and sheets were damp

Front desk was nice but pretty much told us tough luck finding a luggage cart and with two little kids we had to make so many trips to get settled into our room. It wasnt clean, wrappers and trash on the floor, some brown powder in the sink, bath faucet was dripping the whole night. I really dont understand how they charge for breakfast, there are very very little options. No pancakes, waffles. Only toast and not very appetizing pastries. It is not worth the money we paid.

Convenient everything are walk distance away from the hotel.

A decent but basic stay. Nothing offered besides the basic room. Breakfast no included, but the room was clean, house keeping came often, and the bartender was super nice. Decent stay overall.

Everything was nice N/a

Room was not clean, worn and musty smelling. Bed had work dipped "gully" on mattress. We were not impressed. Furniture was worn and marked up. Maybe it was just our room but I suspect not based on the overall condition of the property.

Hotel employee were very friendly The shower was old and could use some grout. The hotel seemed updated except the elevator, it definitely requires updating

The hotel was awesome along with the staff! Security man Vincent Secker not at all? There was a group of us staying with you. It was my family reunion. All was well until Sunday night. Several of us were playing cards and music in the pool area. We were just having fun, security came in and asked us to remove the 2 kids from the pool and turn down the music, we did exactly that immediately. Later, Vincent Secker came in from afar and yelled ' party is over get out' immediately my family members started pushing back loudly due to the way he spoke to us! He refused to apologize or acknowledge the disrespect he displayed. The bartender was present and explained to him nothing was wrong. The shouting continued, he started threatening us with evictions and calling the cops. This man was totally racist and his behavior was unacceptable.. My family spent close to $9000.00 this weekend at your Hotel including bar and food. We did not deserve disrespect! I'm asking for a written or call, telling me this issue was addressed. Thank you.. Very clean and spacious room. Grandkids loved the indoor pool.

That they allowed my service dog to stay. And the bed and pillows were sooo comfy The couch in the room and the carpet looked dirty. I wouldn't sit on the couch at all. Looks like it's been there for many years.

My son and grandson stayed for the concert. They were very pleased with the cleanliness and loved the breakfast provided.

The room itself was dated which would have been fine if it looked clean. There was rust that looked awful in the toilet and white splatter marks of something on the doors. Glue or some gunk in the shower. The towels should have been white but were very dingy and we had to get another set at the front. Those were white thank goodness.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was polite. The inside where the rooms are was hot and the front desk couldn’t make any door keys when we arrived.

Conveniently located directly off I-75. Upon check in, the system was down & we had to wait 30+ minutes to get someone to escort us to our room. No room keys were given until the next day. Room was out dated & bedding was dirty with stains all over them. I requested more & they were no better.
