I will not say anything negative, as there is nothing to say. However, I will not sing any praises either. It was a bargain, it served its purpose, I felt safe and was comfortable. Nothing more or less. I if on a tight budget, then yes I recommend. If have an extra fee bucks, if suggest looking at a different option. Either way, mid-ground is never a bad thing.

The place was smelly, dirty cockroaches, mice, or rat feces in the bathroom bought my own cleaning supplies from Walmart. Had to stay there because Morgan Wallen was doing a concert in Gainesville and there was no rooms available. I was on business.

Nothing about this place was good, they wouldn’t even allow me to check in and now I’m out $150

Room looked like a drug users room, there were bed bugs and it just looked dirty. We checked in and left an hour later! My husband and I felt completely gross after we left.

There was a buzz sound all night couldn’t sleep

The staff was very nice and helpful and it was a whole lot nicer then the regal inn

Staff was not friendly. Dogs running loose in the parking lot. The hotel was dirty

Property is quite old and furniture aswell, if u r looking for somewhere to rest and dont mind seeing cockroaches roam about then your good, the flooring is old that felt like it could collapse.

They refused to let us stay saying no visitors

It was a good stay and for the price it was kind of sketchy at first, but you get past the

The check in staff was amazing! Her and her husband were very sweet! However, the manager the next morning was NOT. She was short, nasty, and snippy and told me that basically what the check in lady told me they would do wasnt correct and shes the manager so thats all that matters. So that of course was off putting but by this time I had 3 rooms for 2 nights each and in town on business so i couldnt change mid stay which i should have considering our room. There was a nasty stench when you walk in... and we couldnt pin point where it was coming from. Eventually my son opened the fridge and it wafted out. It honestly smelled like a dirty female on her monthly friend if I'm being honest. I've never had a carpet be wet and sticky when I walked on it before either so that was a new experience.

Value for dollar as expected. Bed surprisingly comfortable.

price and room was ok

Room still had TP in toilet and TV on from last patron I assume. Rooms outdated and musty smelling. “Bed comforter” was a stained thin blanket ontop of the sheets. Motel requires a 50 cash deposit, of course no ATM on site, for those who don’t carry cash while traveling makes it inconvenient as well
