Great breakfast; clean rooms; very friendly staff.

When we checked in, the General Manager, Bob, was the kindest person you could possibly meet. We had been at the midpoint of an 8-hour trip when our vehicle completely lost power in the middle of the highway. We were able to book at the last minute, and Bob checked us in. He even allowed us to stay late while we waited for updates about our vehicle from the mechanic in addition to other above and beyond accommodations. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We will gladly stay again and again so long as Bob is running the ship. Could not have been a better experience.

Location to highway Old worn building, undesired surroundings, unkept grass and pool area, grounds were overgrown . Much improvements needed in room - rusty lamps torn shaded hole in wall stuffed with paper.

At check-in I reminded them that online it did not charge me a pet fee. The desk clerk told me that I wasn’t allowed to have a pet in the room I had reserved, so she had to put us in a double bed room. The two double bedroom was nice, but a double bed is not suited for a couple to sleep in. My wife ended up sleeping with our grandson and even that was a tight squeeze and my wife and I are both average built people. Needless to say as nice as this hotel was, we won’t stay here again. I don’t know why they went cheap on double beds when there was plenty of room for two queen beds. Also, our sleep was interrupted twice by Knox at the door. Once at 10 o’clock and once at 12:10 AM, both times I got up to answer the door and there was nobody there.

Have stayed at this property before and I’ve never been disappointed. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast is just enough to get your day started.

Very comfortable beds with very nice fluffy pillows, front desk staff was very welcoming! Breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage rolls along with oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins, and yogurt. Great coffee and orange juice. My brother slipped in the tub due to no “rubber mat”

The bed was exceptional. Really comfortable. The TV wouldn't change channels. There's only so much Weather Channel you can take. The grab bar in the shower is in an odd, pretty useless location. $150 hold on a debit card against damage? Really?
