No breakfast, would had been good if we could had checked in before 3. Would not allow us to check in before 3. Other places we stayed in let us sign in early as long a the room was ready.

Upon arrival, I was told the "breakfast" consisted only of hot coffee. When I brought the website’s advertisement to the front desk’s attention, the staff member was completely unsympathetic and dismissive. If you are choosing this hotel for the value of an included meal, look elsewhere. Between the average rooms and the false advertising, it wasn't worth the price.

Cleanness was very poorly. They charger card before you arrive to get the room.Then charge for 50.00 security for the room, which was not on the instructions on their website or on expedia website. No, toilet tissue in bathroom, room smell like cigarettes smoke. The stay was short because it was very poorly all the way around even with the customer service too.

It was listed as having a breakfast included, upon arrival was informed that they no longer have the breakfast.

No breakfast was offered even though it was advertised. Also, a $50 deposit was required which was not disclosed upfront. It was refunded upon check out.

Room was ok. This place makes you pay a $50 deposit which is very annoying. The room was booked and prepaid and I would not stay here again because of this. I have never had to pay a deposit at a hotel before.

Well the lady who is co owner of hotel is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She made me make 2 reservations because the first one i didnt pay online but chose to pay at property BIG mistake. My debit card is in my apple wallet and since she couldnt physically see the name she declined to accept it well second booking somehow got in my email adress name and i paid for it well she ofc declined that as well i couldnt change it and am out almost 80 dollars!!!! On top of her rudeness!!!

The staff were very pleasant, even the maintenance staff guy was terrific That when i took a shower the first night there, there was a rag and soap from a previous customer still in the shower

eating place. It was also near the inter state highway I travel. The price was the most reasonable and it served it's purpose. When I go back up there, I will book with them again!
