There’s only one elevator in a big hotel. Elevator is always crowded takes 5 minutes for it to get to your level…what if there’s an emergency where I can’t go down the stairs and the elevator is taking forever!!!??? Had to go down 3 flights of stairs with suitcases and a dog because the elevator was stuck on the second floor for 10 minutes. Definitely should add more elevators.

The pool area is very nice & features a relaxing, hot tub as well, the hallways are spacious & nice, the rooms & entire hotel are very well maintained, the staff friendly & helpful! You can tell they take an incredible amount of pride in keeping everything nice for their guests! They were constantly cleaning when we were there & that really impressed us! I chose a king suite, complete with a kitchenette with all the comforts of Home. Originally, I was going to be going by myself to play a professional music gig, but my sister decided to join me at the last minute & we both were incredibly impressed! The breakfast was wonderful hot & fresh, lots of variety, there’s even a sweet outside area complete with grills, games, a basketball court & a wonderful, huge, relaxing fire pit & lots of space to enjoy the outdoors!

Your staff can't walk/elevator to accommodate us? Very upsetting. Our stay for 2 nights was $1207..this type of NO SERVICE! LAZY! Without people like ourselves, you wouldn't have a hotel, and you take advantage of your guests like this? We will tell our friends of your poor accommodations for weekend guests. Questioning whether we'll stay with you ever again.

Absolutely perfect for us! The property exceptionally well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was everything I had hoped for. We will most definitely book here again when visiting Wisconsin Dells.

It was a central location to everything and the rooms was fantastic. In the main bedroom the TV would not connect to phone to stream YouTube or Netflix

I have a dog and I love dogs, which is why I would never allow it to be put in a position to be scared and disturb others. I understand the hotel can’t control a dog owner’s behavior, but it can enforce its rules. And if it will not, then why have rules? The people who follow the rules are always the ones to pay the price. My rude neighbor should have been asked to leave, or he should have had to move rooms, not me. Next time I will stay somewhere that values customers that follow the rules.

Excellent place! Nice place to relax in the courtyard after a long day and the kids have a basketball court in eyesight fenced in. Clean comfortable and breakfast was great.

Came down for my sister’s birthday. Great spot to stay! Everything is near by no longer than a 10 minute drive. Very clean and comfortable!

Everything about the Staybridge was 5 stars. However, I did have to give 4 stars because we had reserved a room with an accessible bathroom and when we arrived we were given a hearing accessible room without an accessible bathroom. We had to wait until the next day to be switched to the correct room. When you are traveling with a child in a wheelchair we depend on hotels having the accessible room we reserved available. No one seemed to know what happened. Other than that, it was clean, breakfast was great, the rooms were fresh and nice, beds were comfy, and the front desk staff was friendly. Very convenient location because we could walk to Knuckleheads and the Outlets as well as several restaurants. It would have been a perfect stay if we had gotten the correct room!

Very close to a lot of foods and activities. The shower pressure did not work properly; water would turn off randomly while in use. The shower door would continuously open while in shower spraying water everywhere. Half of the lights or plug ins did not work
