We liked it, except we couldn't get a 1 bedroom one and we had the 2 queens instead of a king bed. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Great place to stay! Very clean and close to everything.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast buffet was good and maintained well. The room was pretty clean;the shower had seen better days but was clean. Overall I would stay again.

3 generation family vacation for 5 days, 4 nights that changed to 6 days, 5 nights because of our wonderful accommodations. We had a one bedroom suite, two queen beds and pull out sofa. The dedicated spaces were wonderful for the late night gamers and the early to bed, early to rise crowds. The kitchen was perfect for our in house meals and a full size fridge for our fresh foods. The closet space was ample and the drawers below the TVs were very handy. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We all loved the continental breakfast! The indoor and outdoor seating was wonderful! We used the pavilion when it was raining and also enjoyed the fire pit. We were able to play card games, a round of basketball or corn hole. The adults enjoyed the happy hour drinks and we all enjoyed the appetizers. A pleasant surprise! We used the grill to make burgers and hot dogs. The on sight laundry was a nice bonus for us to be able to stay more nights. The kids enjoyed the pool and the weight room. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was immaculately clean probably the best I've seen in Wisconsin Dells. Breakfast was very good lots of options something for everybody. Nearby local attractions close enough to walk if you wanted. Really only downside was that the TVs could only stream from our Android phones the iPhones wouldn't work for some reason.

We loved staying here and plan to stay here the next time we come to the Dells. The hotel was super clean, quiet and very relaxing! Our room was clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby.

The room was quite nice and well furnished, and if that was all there was to it, it would have been OK. That was overshadowed, however, by the trials of moving into and out of the room. First, the luggage carts were these useless 3-wheeled rickety clown carts that were very unstable and would easily tip over if carrying a load or hitting a pavement crack or floor joint. Being on a long trip, we had to move 300 lbs of gear in and out. We had been doing it at other hotels in one trip with a good 4-wheel cart, but these silly little carts took us 4 trips to move in, or about an hour. Second, when you get the cart in the building, there is a single elevator up front, requiring unreasonably long waits to get on, and barely large enough to fit in a cart, let alone a loaded cart. Third, finally get to the floor and the cart would not roll well on the carpet, often tipping over when making a turn. After 4 days, we learned that cheap carts and the long elevator waits were a common source of frustration with other guests. But the staff got really touchy when we made comments about those issues. On another note, the parking is on site, but if you go out to dinner and come back after 9 pm, you will be lucky to find an open spot quickly, as the lot is quite large and spread out, and then you have to walk around next morning trying to find the car. The breakfast was much too crowded for us, so we made breakfast in our room, which is really the point of having the kitchenette.

Location. Breakfast was dismal. Room too small for the crowds, not enough of the regular breakfast items found at other hotel (no bacon!!) sofa bed were uncomfortable, not enough towels in the rooms, no water bottles in the rooms.
