Rooms were clean. Could use some updates in the bathrooms. Appliances need update. Hair dryer didn’t work. No lotion for skin bottle was empty.

The water slides are great fun! Grand kids had a great time! The dance and balloon drop were enjoyed as well!

The water slides were fun. The resort is starting to show its age though. The staff was very polite and helpful. There was a surprise $20 per day parking fee we were unaware of until we checked in. That was not nice. The food prices were a bit higher than expected but that’s probably at all the resorts. Overall we would give it 7.8/10 rating. We loved LEGOLAND California where a buffet breakfast was included for each night we stayed. If we can find a resort that does that, we will go there next time. And we will try one of the newer resorts, there are so many options it’s hard to decide where to stay. But Great Wolf is nice and centrally located and there are good restaurants and kids entertainment within a 5-10 minute walk.

The staff were friendly and helpful.they have activities for the kids that it felt like almost every hour so that was fun. Stayed in a suite and the top room was hot even after blasting the AC to 60 degrees so I would recommend staying at a different suit. The sliding door was stuck so we couldn't enjoy the balcony.

Was sent to the first floor with terrible service off all kind. Bedroom wasn’t cleaned, roaches crawling around the carpet and phone service was bad.

The room was clean and smelled like any ordinary nice hotel plus the area was kid friendly would recommend going but there food was amazing 👍👍👍

Poor reception and spent the whole day doing the check in. Gave us the wrong room without our birthday package and the building looked old. The indoor pool was extremely hot and humid. Although I will give that the lady from where we got pizza was nice, also a guy in the gift shop was nice. The arcade was fun.

Rooms were clean and comfortable but somewhat dated in appearance. Parking was inadequate for people with handicaps. We found a handicapped parking. Space which was at the end of the wing where we stayed and I had to walk quite a way to get into the facility and then to our room. Tha facility was family friendly and we had eno problems with staff.

The hotel needs some serious work! It’s so run down. The slides and the stairs leading up to them were seriously gross! Not staying at this location again.

I didn’t like the parking fees, when you stay at the property your parking should be free.

Be prepared to pay for everything including parking. You have to buy a parking pass and then 20 dollars a night. I couldn't find any ice machines.

First time staying at the great wolf lodge. Met the grandkids there and had a wonderful time.

Beds were not comfortable cleanliness was ok and people below us had a dog yapping at 1am and the people were very loud also woke us up didn’t realize dogs were allowed plus charges for Everything expensive for a mediocre room

The drinks and food are crazy overpriced. Paid $20 for a pina colada. I'm not kidding you $20! Eat dinner at this woodfire grill that's supposed to be there "fancy restaurant" it was not fancy the food was terrible. The serving staff, the blessing staff, the hostess, the kitchen staff, and the manager of the restaurant all seemed like they had no idea what was going on. We ordered an appetizer and it didn't come until it was time for us to pay and leave. The appetizer we ordered was the pork belly, which we asked about when we received our food having not received our appetizer yet, they replied that it was not done. Then when they brought it out when we're ready to leave it was overcooked dried out and terrible. The one good food that we had there was the breakfast, however we were also lied to about that. We were told that it would be a buffet and that it was all you can eat take it up to your room you pay $20 per person and you can eat as much as you want if you take it up to your room come back and get more.. it is not a buffet I was cooked to order and it's only all you can eat if you sit in the restaurant. The rooms are horribly outdated and not very clean. There was a few different small broken things in the room like crack broken tiles in the bathroom that you could cut your foot on. All of the tables look like they were over 20 years old and in really bad shape. I will not go there again and I will not recommend it to anyone!
