There was a lot of activities for the kids to do. Room was clean. The wait in line was actually pretty quick when I went to check in and the lines to the waterslides weren’t too long either

There were dirty bandaids in every pool area, especially the kids areas we booked for three days and got kicked out after 2 days because they said we only booked 2 days but we thought we were supposed to stay through Thursday then they were rude as hell when they told us we needed to check out and charged us a $40 Penalty for not being out in time when we thought we were there for another day, they said we text you when we had no text from them. And we told them we would dispute it they said so what go ahead. Overall the room wasn’t that clean either cigarette buts on our patio, empty beer cans, I would say we will not return to there ever again, we had a better experience at mt Olympus the year prior, then we thought we had breakfast included because when we booked it said free breakfast and when we tried getting breakfast they said we didn’t get that package.

Way overpriced in my mind. And then they charge a daily fee to park. Facility is geared towards children 8 and under. My teenagers did not enjoy the stay. Not enough common area for adults to enjoy a coffee or get away from the crowds. I will not be going back

Rooms to expensive to be psying for parking as well bedding was very lienty a cotton balls all over blankets. Water park sucks.

It’s okay, just okay, we won’t be back. The tourist side of the Dells is pricey, so it’s nice if it’s worth it, I personally would say this place is not worth it. We will of course still go to the dells and resorts just not this one.

We got a room that could bed 7 but the mattresses on the twin bunks and the couch bed were horrible. Had to call down for multiple mattress covers to try and make up for it. Other than that it was a good stay but chaotic. A lot of people going every which way.

Traveled with 3 kids (two with special needs) lovely last minute trip. Staff accommodating with childrens specific needs. Booked and arrived in 2 hrs, did late check out and arcade, kids loved it! returning!

While our stay was alright, Great Wolf lounge doesn’t quite live up to the hype. It was certainly a unique experience, but you are better off staying at another hotel for less and going to one of the other water parks in the area. Rooms are outdated, and unless you have small children (between 4 and 7), it's okay but not worth what you pay. They also nickel and dime you for everything (and I mean everything).

Property is fairly good and facilities are amazing. Our kid really enjoyed whole time during the stay.

Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy my stay because I had requested a date change due to an unexpected emergency, but I never received a decision before my trip. I ended up going only because I didn’t want to lose my reservation. My advice: if flexibility is important to you, book a refundable rate and think twice before booking through a third-party site. It can make reservation changes much more difficult.
