Checking into the hotel was terrible. Very long line and waited 30 minutes to complete a 3 minute check in process. Then they want to charge 20$ per vehicle per night of their stay. The parking lot is huge. That is insane behavior. Rooms were dated and just ok. Lots of things rusty and just gross. Waterpark was tiny. If you are looking for a nice indoor waterpark try the wilderness.

Highly recommend getting a wolf pass for the kids while your there! Keeps the younger ones especially entertained! Only complaints I got doubled charged for something at check in but they got it fixed once I caught it. And the latch to our hotel room was loose so we had to make sure to pull the door tight when we left the room.

Our room wasn’t available immediately at 4:00 check in. Got in around 4:30. They did offer us a late check out because of this. Lock to room was broken so we couldn’t get in. A guy came and fixed it. Took him and another guy about 2.5 hrs to change out the whole Doorknob fixture. We went down to the pool and swam while they worked on the door. So a few hiccups but we didn’t let that ruin our weekend. ALSO!!! OUTSIDE POOL IS NOT HEATED! IT WAS ICE FREAKING COLD!!! So we were not able to use the outdoor water slides and pools. We went Fathers Day weekend so definitely early summer season. Was not busy. Went Sunday-Tuesday. We really had a fun trip Overall!

First of all, checked into our room and the carpet didn’t like it was vacuumed from the last people. The sliding glass door stuck and was so hard to open and once you got out there, the chairs were dirty. They weren’t clean enough to sit on. I couldn’t keep anything plugged in and work without holding it in while I used it. The outlets are LOOSE. The drinks were VERY expensive. A twisted tea was $9. Normally that is $4-7 where I come from. The TV had SO many missing channels. Out of 50 channels-20 were missing. Just blacked out.I complained and they came and looked at it and it was never fixed. This hotel is outdated and I’d recommend you stay anywhere BUT here.

It was a wonderful place to stay! Very kid friendly but we enjoyed it as nearly 60 year olds without children. Great location! Highly recommend Lost Canyon and Take Flight attractions nearby.
