It was a great fun place to take the family. Have to pay for parking pass and then trying to find a place to park is a bit of a pain is my only complaint.

rooms clean and friendly staff.
-
desk very helpful and the manager also

The room was a little outdated. There seemed to be more space than functionality. Our whole hallways smelled like weed both nights so if you’re into that, it’s great. Our rooms were clean and most of the staff was nice.
-
It was not up to expectations. Rooms were not clean no shampoo in the bathroom.. not maintained property
-
Excelente gracias. Muy bonito lugar

Checking into the hotel was terrible. Very long line and waited 30 minutes to complete a 3 minute check in process. Then they want to charge 20$ per vehicle per night of their stay. The parking lot is huge. That is insane behavior. Rooms were dated and just ok. Lots of things rusty and just gross. Waterpark was tiny. If you are looking for a nice indoor waterpark try the wilderness.
-
Our room was spacious and the waterparks give something for all ages to do.
-
The property was wonderful. Very caring and helpful staff
-
Water park very disappointing and very small. Not an adult themed water park at all.
-
Our sink was clogged. I had high expectations but the pools closed very early. Hotel rooms were outdated.
