Right by the door very convenient as we like to leave an explore the city we’re in a lot. Loved the hot tub in the room!!!! Maybe thicker blankets and other then then that it was great!!!!!

The location for the hotel was great, the staff was great, breakfast was good, The only problem was one morning housekeeping came and to clean the room and we ask them to come back later, we were getting dressed. They never came back.

Quick check in. Clean room. Large gap under entry door allows noise from hallway into room.

We had driven for 13 hours and were exhausted and just needed to sleep. Also too exhausted to complain or deal with switching rooms. The room smelled terrible (not even sure what it was) and there were long black hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. My son and I have short blond and brown hair. Also a “used” Zyn pouch/pack thing when I turned down one of the beds. Luckily we had two beds so could sleep in the other but no 14 year old wants to sleep in the same bed as his mom. Never again.

Well it was a noisy why I was staying there but when I came into my room there was a couple things that need to be done so I had to call maintenance to call the front desk to get the maintenance things done it was a little Dusty in the bathroom I didn't eat the breakfast I didn't get the chance to get in the pool I went out more and did things more in Wisconsin Dells on the strip and things like that so not a bad place to stay but just a place to just you know sleep and rest for a while but overall it's not a bad place to stay it was just surprising of some things that need to be done when I first got there

Liked the fact that it was within reach to alot of places in the area The size of the bathroom, the toilet barely worked and the weird way they had the shower curtain rod was attached

Our room had a bad smell when we got there and the bathroom wasn’t all that clean. The curtains in our room didn’t cover much as we were on lower level this wasn’t ideal. Nice property and place otherwise

Absolutely horrible.. paid 348 $ per night and just a dump. Front cleark lady was off the charts rude. After 4pm check in time. Was 430 pm. She made a comment that I can go make the beds myself.. run down. Grass in front not cut over grown weeds. Made a comment if im in a biker gang because of my t-shirt which was a minor LG baseball team. Pictures of room were not at all as shown. Im about ready to contact head office of Raddison to get my money refunded. Do not stay here !!
