Bed bugs, no hot water, toilet clogged when we first got into the room. Toilet was very dirty. Ans the staff if very dismissive about complaints!!! We will never stay here again!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Found a couple bedbugs in the bed, toilet ran all night, was told shower was leaking in room under us, hot water was cold after 11pm HATED IT! Would’ve gave them zero stars but I had to give at least one to write the review.

Staff was nice. Served the purpose of a bed and roof but not much more than that. Multiple stains on the bedding/walls plus tufts of hair in both beds under the covers. There are many options with more amenities for a few dollars more a night around.

Our room had a damp musty smell. The milk in the breakfast area was bad. When my husband said something about the milk, they did take care of it quickly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Was disappointed.

Turned away because I have support animal. Not pre informed until checki in.

The good side it was a great location, the price was right and I did feel safe, just needs some updating.

The pool and whirlpool were lovely, breakfast was also great The hotel is older and while the room was cleaned, the bathroom definitely needed attention (the door and floor were filthy, stains in the toilet), and the room held a somewhat foul odor.

The only problem i had was the noise from room above. When they walked around, the ceiling squeaked loudly.

The shower pressure was so High it hurt. and the Shower was incredibly small, the toilet kept making noises all night and would struggle to flush. The breakfast options were very limited and not too .

My son cut his toe, bad, on the grate in the hot tub. When we told the front desk her first question was..can you show me where..which we did. NO ONE ever asked how my son was and never even apologized. We were there 2 more days...no one checked on him.

The shower was ok. We had 2 empty bottles.. no body wash or conditioner.

Comfort of bed and access from car to room and room to car. Location was pretty decent for what I needed the room for. Coffee maker caught fire and didn't work. TV remote and channeling was not user friendly at all. Directions from Bookings.com was not accurate for premises. Directions led me to opposite side of town to an abandoned hotel that was no longer is use. Attitude of front desk personal started off with attitude but things ended okay. I was charged for $100 deposit and haven't received it back yet.

The room was clean with plenty of towels. Unfortunately our view outside was of a weedy yard. The staff was pleasant.
