Passable

Located on the frontage road off the main strip. The hallway to the elevator is very tight and a little difficult to maneuver on first floor Indoor pool room was kind of dark and stuffy warm

Breakfast was great! Rooms were very clean

A great place to stay. Mattresses could be a little more softer.

This was my families 2nd trip to the dells in 3 years. This hotel was very conveniently located close to the many things to do in the dells yet far enough away that it was not right in the middle of the tourist attractions. The hotel was clean and nice. The pool was phenomenal. It has a very larger indoor pool with slide and smaller kids pool with castle. On top of that it has a very large outdoor pool with waterfall and water slide and a kids pool with a dragon. It was much cheaper than the water park hotels and much less busy and still allowed us to get to do all the fun things that the dells has to offer. My kids had a lot of fun swimming each day. The breakfast was also delicious with many different options and things were well stocked and would be replenished when they got low. I bookmarked this hotel for our next visit to the dells as this experience was better than the first experience of staying at one of the larger resort/waterpark hotels 3 years prior.

Superb

Pools were nice. Bed was cofortable. Good lication Toilet overflow. Maintenance left us a plunger. After continued calls maintenance came to fix.He overflowed the toilet by flushing. Cleaned up with towels but left area unclean.

Breakfast was well stocked and hot. The staff kept up on filling things quickly as they emptied and had a lot of choices. The coffee was AMAZING! The pool was fun and the kids loved it. Towels were easy to find most of the time. The chlorine level in the hot tub was so high it was burning peoples eyes. Not sure if pool area was ever mopped during our stay as we saw same hair collections amongst the chairs for several days in a row. Our room was VERY humid and the A/C didn't work, they did replace the unit but it also struggled to keep up.

The breakfast was great! The pools were awesome! Really close to everything fun. Unlimited coffee and the coffee was actually good! The staff was nice and even allowed us to check in early as we drove from far and got there earlier! Super pleasant! And all around good atmosphere of people The bathtub would not fill up no matter what we tried with the button push. the room lighting is a weird layout.

I traveled with my kids it was really beautiful stay, good breakfast, friendly staff. Highly recommended especially with kids

Disappointing

There was a sign in the elevator that didn't include Fridays breakfast hours. We asked and told them about the sign. The front desk said same as weekend. Which meant breakfast was done at 10a. Went down at 9:40a and breakfast was closed. Told the front desk about the sign missing Fridays info, and that we were misinformed. Response was not an apology but an excuse. Showed the sign to another employee. He shrugged his shoulders and put the sign right back up. Told 3 different employees, sign was never fixed. Tells me they dont care. Also, the outdoor pool was so cold, hard to get in the water at all.

Clean and comfortable. We went with little kids so the pools were just fine. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant

Ice machines were all down for the 3 days we were there. The little kids pool was a nice feature but needs the flaking paint taken off and redone. My older kids liked the water slide inside (outside pool was too cold) but was really slow and had to push yourself down it the whole time.

I loved both in and outdoor pools and the breakfast was very good Our room was alittle far from the pools and the lobby

We had a roach in our room and only 1 elevator for staff and guest to use.
