Holiday Inn Express Wisconsin Dells by IHG

Nice and clean, slightly dated. Very fair price for the overall stay. Great outdoor pool in the summer.

Nice staff and excellent service

Check-in was slow on a Wednesday early evening… But the woman at the desk was very nice and helpful and apologetic. A couple of things I was surprised about was how old the room was, and I’ve never been in a hotel without a coffee maker before, even a cheap one would’ve been nice. The shower and sink situation was very unconventional and not ideal when splitting the room with my teenage son. The pictures are also deceiving as it looked like they had a game room… Until further inspection once we arrived, I looked at the site again and shows it was for a three bedroom suite. (Coffee makers in rooms are also only for 2-3 bdrm suites! WTH?!) The best part for my son was swimming at night outside… The pool was open until 10 PM. The breakfast was more than substantial and staff managing it was top-notch!

Very loud in the hallways and I could hear every step the person in the room above me was taking. Doors slamming loudly at all hours. Bugs on the air conditioning unit and on the window sill.

Breakfast was very good. Indoor pool kids loved. But outdoor pools were very cold. Was 3rd week of June, would be nice if they were warmed up rooms were nice, but pull out couch was very very uncomfortable. If needed extra towels, sheets, pillows and etc we got within minutes. I would stay again.

Actually breakfast was a free for all. The amount of people was crazy Everything.... I was rewarded with 2 bottles

Location The air conditioner was louder, they should have more than one person checking people in.

Breakfast was great. My kids had a blast in the pool. Everything looked clean and kept up with Only one elevator for the entire building

All day coffee available in the lobby to reduce plastic waste is awesome! I didn't use the pool so can't say anything about it. It looked nice and fun for kids. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. I did miss having a waffle but the pancakes were of the same standard. We don't eat pork so can't comment on the meat. Some places are looking into non-pork items as it is healthier. Staff was helpful and brought linen to the room for the let out couch bed. All in all a great stay, will definitely go back.

Called many times to make sure about the pool and hot tub being open and called at dinner and rushed to finish after 10 hours drive and told it was open till 11 got to hotel around 9:55 changed and went down at 10:10 and was closed.

Never got reimbursed for my 50 bucks deposit

The location, the price, and the pools with areas for small children! Not much to complain about, but the orange pool slide seemed to be a bit unsafe as it teeters up top like it’s floating above the wooden platform.
