The front service girl was amazing she was very nice and helped make our check in very quick and was so helpful.

The room was very damp and the staff only left a half a toilet paper roll in our room and we ran out fairly quickly. I asked for more toilet paper for our room and the front desk guy gave me 1 roll. It seemed rather skimpy to only be given 1 roll, plus I had hopped they would bring the TP to my room since I was heading out for the day and didn't have time to run back up to my room.

I love this place i always come with all my family a group of 21 with kids included and they always try to put us together or nearby eachother which i think is very kind of them. I will keep coming here and the lobby smells amazing!

Quit, clean friendly staff

I like that the water temperature is really hot for relaxing the muscles.

Our in room jacuzzi did not fill properly the first night and it took most of the final day of our stay to get the leaky drain plug fixed. The bed was very comfortable. The decor felt dated to us. We won't return.

The waterpark was not open at all. It was “under maintenance”, theoretically. Vending machines did not work. Outside door was not locked. Clumps of hair and 11 dirty bandaids were left all around the pool for over a day. Rusty grab bars in the tub and air conditioner kept blowing the fuse. A total third-world hotel experience. When I reserved, we were supposed to get tickets for Mount Olympus and when we arrived they said that Mount Olympus was no longer providing passes. This is why I stayed here and total false advertising.

Overall our stay was fine except there was too much noise around us a lot of slamming of doors and kids running around and not sure if people kept there door open to there room but we could hear a child crying a lot of the times like if they had the door open. Other then that it’s not a bad place to stay close to everything.

This hotel was nice for a short stay with family.

The staff was very helpful. The beds are very uncomfortable and the rooms are very damp and humid. The hallways in the stairs area were not clean or vacuumed the two days we stayed. The kids enjoyed that Waterpark but you had to go ask the front desk for pool towels, they didn't have any clean ones by the pool areas.

Loved the indoor water park for my daughter she was turning two this was her birthday trip..I didn’t like the rooms the beds were hard and the hotel was short on towels for the rooms and for the swimming pool..

We stayed for one night. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10:30am, so you don't really get much time in your room if you stay just one night. Overall it's a nice hotel and the room was clean. Beds are hard, so be aware of that. The pool areas were small but clean and cute and the kids had fun. The pools stayed open past 11pm the night we were there, which was awesome. There are nice pavilions with grills outside, and a huge yard space. There were big groups of families out there enjoying the space. The staff seemed a little frazzled. Overworked maybe? We asked for sheets and a blanket for the roll out couch and the lady behind the counter made it sound like it was going to take an act of god to get that. But after her hesitation she ended up going into the back and coming out with some. Overall, I'd stay again because of the pool areas.

Once we got checked in and up the room it was set to a frigid 60° F and smelled like boiled cucumbers. The room was dimly lit and outdated. Nothing about it was particularly bad but nothing was great either. The main reason to stay here is the outdoor pool with 4 small water slides, indoor pool with 3 small slides, kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, and splash pad area. The pools are spacious and nice but there were no clean towels when we arrived in early evening or when we left the pool area around 8 pm. In the morning, we were told they don't serve breakfast but hope to one day in the future. I went to the vending machine to at least get my daughter a juice and it was deactivated so you couldn't buy any drinks or water. Since checkout was at 10:30 we went down to swim before leaving. We were the first ones in either pool for the day and the obvious lack of cleaning was off-putting. The indoor pool had two big clumps of dark hair floating in it, the outdoor pool had a used bandaid at the bottom of it, and there were soaking wet towels on the ground. The only toiletries they provide are tiny packets of shampoo and a tiny bar of soap. If you just want a decent pool experience with zero other amenities, this place is fine but not worth the room rate of the big resorts by any means.
