We stayed during 4th of July weekend we rented 2 rooms one of which the room was leaking from the ceiling the staffs response was this was a frequent occurrence and just gave us rags to clean up the mess. We then were headed to the pool it was about 10:30 at the indoor pool the front desk person came in and said that the indoor pools from 10-12 was for adults only mind you there was no signs of this was simply told it was management we were told that we could use the indoor water park or outdoor pool but only until 11pm when I showed the front desk the message we received about all the pools being open until 12am I have never been so disappointed in a hotel stay to say the least I will not be returning to stay at this hotel

The property the building on the outside looks like a professional office building almost kind of does not really look like a hotel, which was fine. I didn’t like the fact that the deluxe room looks like it’s something special the deluxe suite I purchased for my family, which has a hot tub in it. The hot tub was really outdated and the room was your standard really small hotel room with a very small queen bed it was nothing anything special whatsoever. The ground kind of felt dirty. There was no the coffee machine was really nasty and kinda dirty and didn’t work most days we were there basically the day we were there and as well as they put that you get four passes to Noah’s Ark waterpark a day per day, which is not true at all. You get only wristbands for the adults that are staying in the room with you and you do not if you lose any wristbands while you’re there like you get I got to the day I was there and that’s all I got the whole time. I was there you’re not allowed anymore. It’s up to four but that’s it and you cannot get new ones at all. They can be used every day at the park but you can’t they make it seem like you get for a day you’re able to get four tickets every day to Ozark, which is not true you get you can have up to four bands if you have four adults staying in the room with you, but otherwise they will charge you if you lose a band and yeah, it’s just not how it’s pictured the TV was a 32 inch TV a small TV. The room was very tiny the chairs ripped aswsl

I don't know about the other rooms, but our room smelled bad. The bed wasn't very comfortable. There were cigarette burns on the fleece blankets. The pillows did not look sanitary at all.

Nothing Never got to check in

Coffee not in room and machine by lobby was out of order the 3 days and 2 nights we were there. Indoor pool was quite cold but outside was just right. Perfect for family with children under 10. Good for the budget and close to everything in town.

Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Had a very pleasant stay and is conveniently located near plenty of activities. Can't wait to stay there again!
-
Nice staff to check in. Some of the stuff could be updated. Didn't like the loud stomping at night when trying to sleep but otherwise quiet
-
Ask for new towels if needed. Short stay does not guarantee they will tidy up your room. Pools were great and so is the Noah's ark pass they offer.
-
Staff very friendly pool area nice Expensive and no breakfast
-
Music blaring in the pool area was beyond ridiculous and not needed.

Family trip with toddler and 6 month old. The different pool options was really nice. The room size was also nice. Would definitely stay here again!

We liked that the pool areas were open late. Price was decent for having the pool facilities that it had. Some areas in entrances and elevator smelt like cigarettes and musty smell. Disappointed there were no breakfast options at hotel. Even the complimentary coffee bar was out of order.

It was ideal for our small grand kids to play In the water park which is where we spent most of our time while we were there All other facilities were OK and the rooms accommodated our requirements
-
I liked that the rooms were clean and the room size was relatively large. The location was also very good and the price was reasonable. What I didn’t like about our room was it smelled of old stale smoke and the mattress was way too firm. We had difficulty getting comfortable which made it hard to fall asleep and we woke up sore because the mattress was so hard.

We go every year, and this year was completely different. Usually we get there and staff at front desk is attentive and on it. This time as we got there, they told us that they were having trouble trying to find our booking. Once they found it they gave us the key to a room where there was still people in. We immediately went back to tell the staff, and they had no idea why there was people still there, or what rooms where occupied or weren’t. The coffee machine was down the whole stay and the very last day the house keeping tried walking into our room around 9am. We were barely waking up and we didn’t hear the knocks. Check out i believe is till 10:30am. When I talked to them they said they had the list of rooms that were empty from the day before. Staff was very un organized and still charged full price on the 3 night stay.

We booked at this hotel because it said that that it included a pass for the Noah's Ark waterpark. I even got a message from them after booking that the pass was included and that we could check in early so that we could use the pass that day and the day of check out. Fantastic, right? We got there and was told no a pass was not included unless we stayed so many nights. (which we weren't booked for) They said they were not responsible for what was posted. In fairness, eventually we did receive a pass to one of the other smaller waterparks. We were told we could check-in at 4:30. When we went back at 5:30, they said the rooms weren't ready. The indoor waterpark (pools) they have a the hotel are really more for younger kids. The room was clean though and ok. Beds were comfortable.

Never go back again ,they overcharge for my 2 kids, not recommended
-
Property was nice. Only issue we had was that the bath towels were pretty tiny. Loved the pool lay out.
