Wingate by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells Waterpark

Clean room, friendly receptionist, pool and hot tub area clean, plenty of towels.

The only complaint is that my stay wasn't long enough

Although the hotel discription did not list free breakfast, it was offered at the time of chckin. The breakfast menu was decent but ends at 9am. This property checks all the boxes but not everything works. We had booked 2 rooms and the microwave did not work in one, hair dryer missing, clothes iron wasn't working well and there was a running toilet in another. All these could have been addressed if we had called but we were only there for a short time. What ticked me off was the limited toiletries that were offered in room for a 4 person occupancy. There was one small tube of shampoo and conditioner each. The bath soap was the size that you would find next to the sink. Coffee is bad!!!

1st time was ok. Never book 3rd party!!

TV was good size and well placed. Couch was good. Just terrible bathroom setup. Would I stay here again? Will like try someplace with a walk in shower.

The rooms were clean and quiet. Everything was great.

Room was clean and spacious enough. Beds were quite comfortable! Pillows not so much, but they did provide plenty of those. Basic toiletries were not included but they provided some when we asked. They advertised room service available until 10:30pm but when we called before 10 they said the kitchen was closed. Only downside. Not sure what the actual hours are. Pool was a lot of fun with great hours, and the place was close to restaurants and other attractions.

We had a wonderful stay. Kristin was working the front desk the day we arrived, and helped us immensely! She was very welcoming and kind. Our toddler also loved their pool area. We would recommend this place to anyone, but those especially with younger children!

The hotel its self was very nice and clean. The really only thing that I got irritated from was the amount of chlorine smell at the indoor pool. It burned our eyes as soon as we walked in. There is an outdoor pool which is really nice also. The breakfast was a good variety of food.

Room was not ready, waiting 50 minutes, bedroom door didn't close proper, toilet was loose, 3 bedrooms and not a place to sit. I will never book or recommend to anyone. The old motel 6 was even better. And they were only $6. And I'm a member of wind ham

Great for little kids! It was chill, quiet, and a great value.

Staff was nice and the hotel was clean. Check in took way longer than it should have, we arrived at 4pm and didn’t get into the room until after 5pm. It might be that they need more staff?

The kitchen staff was very nice. The kiddie pool section was good. Hotel was very clean. The breakfast food selection was terrible. The rooms were small and cramped. The wash basin was outside the main bathroom and one could not get up the use the restroom at night without everyone in the room hearing it. The sound insulation was not good. I could hear people walking up and down the halfway at night when trying to sleep. The whole stay was not relaxing. I felt cramped like a sardine.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wingate in the Wisconsin Dells immensely. The waterpark was just perfect for our one year old. The hotel was nicely kept up and clean. We also appreciated the wonderful hot breakfast.
