Courtyard by Marriott Lake George

Great hotel in the heart of the town of Lake George. Walkable to restaurants and entertainment for families and couples. Beautiful view from the roof is a huge win. We saw families bringing take-away food up to the roof to enjoy the view, seating options, and calm vibes. Hotel room was generously-sized, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The staff was so helpful, after we checked out we walked the village for a while and when we returned to our car my daughter realized she left her 9 month old daughter’s blanket she was given at birth in the crib in the room the staff went above and beyond to retrieve it and made my daughter’s day

Pleasantly surprised at how clean the building and room was, plenty of towels too. Had the balcony that I recommend too.

We overlooked the main street, but there really isn't much to see in the town. The roof patio was cool, but didn't have a bar or a reason to hang out there except for the view. The room with 2 king beds was very spacious and we enjoyed our balcony. Not sure about their room reservation policy, but we managed to get a one-night stay in June. We overheard the front desk say that a three-day minimum is required in July. This seems entirely wrong, as a Marriott hotel is not like an air BnB.

Paid $440 for a premium room, got a basement-tier experience. We booked a room with 2 king beds for $440/night. Instead, we were assigned an unrequested accessibility room with the window completely blocked by AC vents. When I complained, the night staff passed the buck. When I tried to see the manager the next morning, another clerk smugly explained that because we booked through Expedia, we were assigned "cheap leftovers." She sweet-talked her way out of offering any compensation, openly admitting we deserved a better room for the price while refusing to do anything about it. This hotel gladly took our money but treated us like second-class citizens. Absolutely deceptive and unacceptable.

I liked that it was easy access to the strip The woman at the coffee bar was not the friendliest. The hallways smelled musty snd the room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Spencer was very professional and polite making check in a breeze, the room was spotless, parking was very safe and secure. Housekeeping staff was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed. We did not try the restaurant or coffee shop but they looked like they had some happy customers.

Great hotel, clean, large rooms. Great location on the main street in town to make many good restaurants and shops easily walkable. Staff was super nice and helpful.

I know everybody does it, supply and demand, but it makes it very difficult if you want to stay during those times

great place to stay but travel by motorcycle and pull a small trailer,upon arrival was told I couldn't,t park my trailer on the motel property. took an hour running around town to find a place to park it when they allowed no less than 4 more people park large trailers on the property . was a terrible inconvenience and nothing any motel I've ever visited told me I had to do. I love the place but will never stay there again.

Facilities generally fine, attention to detail would be helpful. Plenty of convenient free parking, most covered. Free coffee rather than standing in a queue would be nice, yet result in lost sales.
