Marine Village Resort

We’ve been coming to Marine Village Resort for the past 8 years, usually a couple of times a year, and have always enjoyed it. The staff are consistently helpful, the rooms are clean, and the AC works great (nice and cold when you need it). The beachfront location in Lake George Village is hard to beat. What dropped this stay from a 5-star experience was one horrible large family that made the whole place miserable. They blasted loud music, the kids were constantly dropping F-bombs, left garbage everywhere, and sat on other people’s boats like they owned them. The worst incident was when they lit a loud firecracker right near little kids, spraying them with shrapnel from the sand and the culprit(one of the fathers and his teenage boy) had the nerve to laugh at what they did. Management should seriously consider flagging disruptive guests like this and preventing them from returning. We love this resort and will likely be back, but we hope they address guest behavior issues so future visits can stay as relaxing as they used to be.

Our only complaint was that the bedding could of been a bit warmer we had a sheet and a very thin bedspread we were both a little cold

Room was clean. Check-in was very fast. The only downside was there was three of us in the room and they only left two towels so we had to keep asking for towels. Parking was another issue. It’s very difficult to find a parking space near your room, especially if you were returning after say 6 o’clock.

Great hotel with great location

Loved the heated pool. Great stay. Didn’t use my car the whole time. Everyone was friendly workers and guests.

We were there for our anniversary. The staff were very friendly and our room was very clean. Pete- the head of maintenance rocked. We needed something for our shower and he was there with it within a minute! We’ve been going to Marine Resort for years and are always happy.

Marine Village is certainly a hidden gem right in the village of Lake George. The Lakeview King was truly the perfect size for my wife and I. Only a few short steps away was a private beach, heated pool, gas fire pits, and seating galore. We spent so much of our time just sitting in the adirondack chairs on the private beach area. We have tried many of the hotels in the village, and Marine Village Resort takes the cake. Looking forward to coming back next year (with s’more supplies!)!

The staff was great! Rooms were clean. Had a great view of the lake. Very convenient for Americade everything was right there. Booking a room for next year!

Ease of access to all restaurants and pool/beach. We were given a room by the poolside which was very nice. The parking was a bit limited.

Love the playground, beach chairs, view, would be nice if rooms were bigger, the pool was nice and heated but the pool bottom was very dirty. Alot Bikers wnd was very noisy was nice when they left could enjoy the hotel, will have to find nee days to stay, pool bottom was dirty

I love the location, the staff is excellent and quick to respond to any issues. I would like the rooms to be a little bigger, but not really a problem. the pillows, no matter where you stay the pillows are subpar, I like a very firm pillow and EVERY hotel I have ever stayed at has the same issue. The rooms could be a slight bit bigger

Nothing much Bad showers , very dirty lawn chairs , no more wooden fire pits now they have shity propane ones that are terrible.

The kids loved the beach, pool, and easy walk to the village. Rooms were comfortable and the property felt safe and well‑kept. Great spot for a family vacation. The private beach area was a huge plus, especially for families. Staff was friendly and check‑in was smooth. Would definitely return. Nothing
