The courtyard and pool area was nicely taken care of. Even though no one was ever in the office, they were quick to respond to a phone call. Location was nice. WiFi was awful and the TV lost connection every couple minutes. Never able to get through a 30 minute show. Very disappointing when you just wanna chill after a day of sightseeing. AC was okay, never felt cool enough. Towels were very thin and scratchy.

It was centrally located,was able to park close to room -liked the sitting area right outside my room caught a little sun. Everything was fine

The was very little information given especially WFI information not given . No bar soap or Kleenex in the room. Hair and dust was found in clumps on the floor. Ask for a 2nd floor room, not given. Noise during the night into the early morning coming from the unit above us.

Nice Location. Quiet...Very good staff. Good price. Fun pool. Close to everything . Nice guests. The property is dated, but good overall value for Lake George in Summer.

The room was comfortable and clean The bathroom did not have soap or shampoo and conditioner.

The staff that I met was nice and friendly.. it has so much potential.. it’s a cute and quiet place!! but the cleanliness was not good .. there were fake eyelashes on the side of the bed and dust everywhere.. the towels had stains ..

After reading some reviews we were not expecting much but this hotel was super clean. The facilities were fine, the pool was very clean and quiet. We will for sure stay again next time we travel to Lake George.

That i had to make my own bed everyday and get fresh towels and take out my own trash. The bathroom window curtain was stained . I was there for ten days and the bed was never changed.

The pool was clean The sheets were dirty, the AC barely worked, there was so much noise we didn’t get any sleep

Location was great and pool area was nice! Stained ceiling tiles and outdated bathroom where the faucet was falling off when you pulled the lever for the shower

Pool Cobwebs all over no cable air conditioning was very dirty and smelled no ice on premises
