When we arrived at the room, we found a used sock that clearly belonged to a previous guest, which made us question the cleanliness of the room. We reported it right away and asked for the room to be cleaned again, but no one ever came to do it. Customer service was also not very attentive, and we did not feel that our request was taken seriously. The breakfast was also quite mediocre, with very little variety and nothing particularly good. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially because cleanliness and good customer service should be basic standards at any hotel.

Don’t like paying for parking or the 3 bottles of water in room

Room was great, the location was perfect…so why a 1 star rating? Let me tell you. We arrived at 9:40pm on Friday 7/24. because we had a 7:00am flight on Saturday morning. We knew we had to leave by 4:45am. We were literally only going there to sleep. At 10:30pm the people in the room next door start talking and laughing, having a good time. I was frustrated but reminded myself that it was a Friday in a tourist/vacation spot. However, at 12:30 am, I had enough!! I attempted to call the front desk and complain because at this point I had to get up in 4 hours. However, the phone just rang and no one answered. At 2:30 am I was furious and called again. A very nice lady answered the phone and I told her the issue and she said she would take care of it and she did, I finally got to sleep. At 4:45am when we were checking out she said, “I am so sorry about the noise, when I went up there I heard them as soon as I got off the elevator. I will have someone from management call you about your experience.” She could not have been any nicer. I never received a call. I called back to the hotel on Friday, July 30th because I wanted to talk to management about my experience, the young man was also very apologetic about my experience and assured me someone from management would call me. No one called. Usually I don’t leave negative reviews but when you spent that amount of money for just a good nights sleep before a long travel day, but only get a couple of hours and management does not care.

The paid parking seemed like an excessive money grab. Signs in the parking lot say park at your own risk but if you are paying to park, what are you paying for then? There didn't seem to be any shortage of parking spaces. The sister property right next door had no posted signs about paid parking. Then the 99 cent service fee was just another tack-on. Charge us to park then charge us to pay to park.

I did not have breakfast at the facility since my daughter had to be at the fields really early. The location is a perfect stop. Lots of things around. The staff was amazing and nice.

Great stay. Quiet rooms. Clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are solid choices for a business traveler on a budjet.
