Location. My room 237 spelled like a dog was in there. It did not smell clean nor appeared clean.

The location was great, felt safe. My room had a strong unpleasant smell and a loud refrigerator. The was garbage on the counter when I entered.

I love the location of this hotel. It is right off I-4 in Lake Mary which is a very safe upscale area. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within a couple of miles. Only thing I have struggled with are the vending machines, which are not run by the hotel so it's really not their issue. They break down a lot and as the only that's a little aggravating. But the staff were very helpful in showing me how to get a return.
