Sign said elevator temporality out, I asked how long it’s been out wait it was a while .. bed was hard as granite and room was muggy

Elevator was out of order, room was on the 4th floor and the owner cancelled my reservation

Was clean and smelled good and comfortable. The elevators were down but the reception was very nice.

Upon arrival at the hotel at 10pm, I was notified that the elevator is not working, and I have to walk 4 floors to my room. When I asked if there was another elevator, I was told there is only 1 elevator. I am 74 years old, and at 10pm I had to drag myself 4 flights with my suitcase.

Elevator was still down previous reviews in August of same issue so owner of this location is doing a poor job at facilitating a repair it seems . I was on 4th floor . Stairwell dirty due to broke elevator traffic.

The elevator was broken for my entire stay and they put me on the 4th floor. There were dead roaches in the closet and the hallway stank very bad

Nice room, stove top, dishwasher, full size fridge, sink, cabinets, and counterspace. Recliner has seen better days and the room had that fairly typical Florida musty smell. Free coffee 24 hours but no breakfast. Nice pool and BBQ area with a gazebo and 2 gas grills to use. Nice work out area and laundry room. I would stay again especially for the price. It did appear to have some residential type guests though as I saw some kids with school bags.

I booked an ADA room, as I have a leg injury. They didn’t have any, the first night they put me on the 4th floor in a regular room… and the elevator is broken, so I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs and then back down them. That morning I had called and asked about changing rooms to an ada room, the best they could do is move me to the 1st floor, but the room wasn’t ready for hours so my husband had to pack up the room we had, carry the stuff back to the car to carry it back into the hotel by himself later that night. I verified several times that there were no ada rooms available even though I had booked one well in advance. The positive it that the staff was really nice, even though they didn’t really do anything to help my situation, they just weren’t unpleasant to deal with.

The elevator wasn't working and we ended up with a room on the 3rd floor. We're handicapped and this was difficult. The chair in the room was old and very worn. It needs to be replaced.

The staff was nice. The place appeared dated. Could use a facelift.

I didn't get the room I paid for. Then the room we got smelled and the ac was so bad and they really need to clean the vents, its smelled of mold and they masked it with air freshner. I will say the staff was nice, friendly and the girl that checked us in apologized they didn't have to room i paid for available and she did try to upgrade us but again it smelled moldy, needed to be cleaned. It was a means to an end and I appreciate the effort of the staff but I probably wouldn't stay there again, unfortunately. My husband is a big Candlewood suites fan and this one let us down.

I was not informed ahead of arrival that the elevator didn't work. I have COPD. No one offered to help carry bags to the top floor. It took two days to get the first floor. The staff is polite.

Upon Walking in it smelt really good and this alarmed me because what are you trying to cover up? Found out once i got in late and layed down it was the blanket and pillows thay smelt like tobacco. I dont smoke by the so this was a issue for me. This says a couple of things one you never changed the linen which is gross. I got enough rest in the pull out chair to not fall asleep on the road and checked out early. This was a disappointment

Walked outside to police activity someone breaking in cars. Not so safe
