La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orlando Lake Mary

Reservé este hotel a través de hotels.com y mi experiencia fue muy mala. La primera habitación tenía fuerte olor y pelos de mascotas, aunque no era pet friendly. Solo la cambiaron después de mostrar un video. La segunda tenía el baño sucio y muy resbaladizo.

2nd time staying at this hotel for business and both times were great experiences for our staff and teams.

That said, the property is in need of significant updates and maintenance. The wallpaper is peeling in several areas, including inside the elevator, which gives the hotel a worn appearance. The bathroom was a bit concerning. The tub looked dirty around the textured mat area, and the scratches in the tub initially looked like strands of hair. The water pressure was also extremely low. Housekeeping could use improvement as well. My sheets were never changed during my stay, and I had to go to the front desk to request replacement towels after the used ones were not picked up. The frige in my room also wouldn’t stay closed, making it difficult to keep food and drinks cold. Overall, my stay wasn’t terrible, and the friendliness of the staff made a positive impression. However, I never felt completely comfortable bc I found myself constantly looking for signs of uncleanliness. With the excellent customer service already in place, investing in renovations and better upkeep would make a big difference. Unfortunately, I would select a different hotel in Lake Mary next trip.

The first room was poorly maintained. When we lowered the A/C the bad smell was really bad.

Breakfast is literally fare with waffles and eggs.(Eggs are powdered, they suck.)

We had to catch an early morning flight at the Sanford airport so we were there for one night. The staff was very friendly. The pool and hot tub were great. The room and hotel could have been a little cleaner but overall it was fine for a short stay.

But unclean bedding and sheets They need a housekeeping manager to attemd all those small details that guest dont like example unclean bedding, hair left overs from prior guest, unclean fridge with mold residue and so on They urgently need a houskeeping manager with eyes for detail In overall very good place to stay if you are visiting orlando for its prestigious atractions and city.

This hotel is convenient to stay at if catching flights from Sanford/Orlando airport.

Staff was nice and friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would like a change on daily breakfast. Sausage and scrambled eggs every for 3 days was a little too much. Mix of maybe bacon and would have changed things up.

Staff was helpful and my room was nice. Great price for what you get. Some areas of the hotel could use some "sprucing up". But overall, nice hotel, I would stay there again if I visit that area.
