The pool and hot tub were great, Breakfast was a great spread, lots of options! Will stay here again in the future!

When I checked in we noticed hair on the sink, tub soap tray, and on the kleenex dispenser. The roof leaked causing the floor carpet on the side of the bed to be wet. I was sitting on the edge of the bed and my family noticed I had a pile of hair on my foot that came from walking back and forth on the carpet. They said our room would be cleaned day 3 and it wasn't done. When we asked the desk they said we put the do not disturb sign on our door and 3 managers checked. This was a lie and we gave video proof. After the owner came and they said our room was clean this was another lie they made the beds and put clean towels ( which we had to get everyday from the desk ourselves) the same hairs are still there after 6 days and the rugs never vacuumed. Never again will we stay at any "Wyndam" brand hotels.

The room was nice and clean the AC work good the room was very comfortable, the staff was great, I left early and the breakfast was ready and everything was good and fresh I enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast Customer service or front desk ! Very unprofessional . We arrived at 3:00 pm and our room was not ready until 3:45 pm . We had a wedding to attend and were running late because of this situation .

Location I was given a room and one I went up. The bed was not made. I had a call so we can change the room.

Our first room, the TV didn't work. The next room the put us in, the air conditioner was so loud we couldn't sleep and it was leaking all over the carpet getting our stuff wet. We called and they didn't act surprised at all. No where else to move us. The drain in the bathroom was sharp and cut my foot. We were woke up by a text at 8:00 a.m. about checking out. Check out was at 11. We found some kind of pill/gel capsule on the carpet so I don't know how clean the room was. There was soap scum on the bathroom soap dish. Just totally unacceptable.

The sorroundings of where the hotel is located. When I asked if I could pay in cash at the end of my stay, a staff member brazenly lied, claiming there was a Florida law prohibiting all hotels from accepting cash. I told him I had just checked out at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Boca Raton, where I had obviously booked my stay with my Amex credit card but was allowed to pay the full amount in cash at the end of my stay. He then told me the Hilton had broken the law. I explained that all dollar bill notes "are legal tender for all debts, public and private", and that what is illegal is to refuse accepting cash payments. I added that the law he mentioned didn't exist, and that State regulations couldn't supersede Federal ones. He disrespectfully replied, "That's your opinion." Furthermore, the rooms weren't cleaned during my stay, and the bathroom was infested with small cockroaches. The hotel is a 50-minute drive from International Drive, the center of Orlando's nightlife, and in Lake Mary there's practically no decent place to have dinner after 9:00 pm

The breakfast had good options. Coffee and tea were available 24 hrs. Room was nice, bed was luxurious. Definitely recommended.

Room was clean and safe. Ants near the windows and some mold on the window by the ac. Back elevator felt like a scene from Saw. Breakfast was fine. Plenty of parking.

Big room, clean, and comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection Everything was good. However, one recommendation to clean the breakfast area and take the trash out more often during breakfast hours.

Also, there was feces in hallway by our room to back door, wasn't animal (seems of child)

Nothing Everything. Hotel should be demolished and rebuilt. Staff were extremely nice though.
