Overall it was a great stay, my only issues were 1 there was no plunger in any of the rooms I visited and 2 the AC unit was very loud, when it kicked on it actually woke me up

The hotel / room was decent. You can definitely tell it could use some extra cleaning / updating ( some staining on the carpet in the hall, you could tell the bathtub had been painted and the bottom of the shower was starting to peel, the evaluators could probably use a cleaning) but overall this hotel worked great for our family of 3. ( two adults and a 4 year old)The pool was warm, breakfast was decent and had a lot of options and the on site laundry was great to have.

The staff was curious I did not like my room. The AC made noise and asked to switch rooms. The room that was offered was not clean, so we stayed in the original room. We discovered ants on our last day of our stay. Told staff and management has gotten back to me about the situation. Not satisfied with lack of responsibility. Would not book with this hotel again.

Super nice hotel!

Rooms are clean and inviting, well stocked. Beds and bed pillows were comfortable. Ample outlets and USB charging ports at the bedside were much appreciated. Bathroom has a separate vanity outside of the shower and toilet, which is always nice. There was plenty of counter space around the sink. The vanity was well lit. Two exceptions in the bathroom itself: first is that it lacked towel bars. This may be due to remodeling, and maybe they were missed being reinstalled for the bath towels. Hanging a towel on the hook on the back of the door that is then pushed against the wall does not allow a towel to dry for the next use. The toilet had issues draining for the duration of my stay, and I reported it twice, borrowed a plunger once from housekeeping, they sent someone in to work on it, but it was still slow, so I reported it again at my check out. I suggested that there may be a clog way down in the pipe that needs a good roto rooter attention. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and welcoming. I visit this area often and this hotel moved up on my list of preferred places for my lodging.

The rooms were spacious and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel and rooms are very family-friendly. Be mindful that it is also a pet-friendly hotel, so if you don't want to see dogs around the property (or are allergic) its best to avoid this hotel.

Very comfortable and clean

Room was a bit dated, no grab bars in bathtub..had to be very careful and no walk in shower. Kitchen not stocked as it was in my previous stays. Front desk person did say they were due for an upgrade. Parking was very good. Breakfast buffet was ok but same offering each day. Location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and arttractions.

Lot’s of issues through out our stay that are easily fixed, broken couch bed, room not clean, ran out of room cards. The one bright spot was the staff.

We had a great stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. We really enjoyed having the kitchenette, which made our stay much more convenient. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the late checkout. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.
