I could go on and on about the staff, the breakfast and the hotel but I won’t. Josh was very pleasant and accommodating. I will just say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. I will definitely stay again when I visit the area. They have a guest for life.

Overall comfortable. Bathroom area is very small, especially for a suite that sleeps 6. Beds were very comfortable. Property was well maintained. Breakfast was so-so but we had items in the room, as the kitchen made it very convenient.

Breakfast quality was average at best, hot items were sometimes a bit cold. Coffee wasn’t properly kept up with containers sometimes empty or cold from the previous day! Room needed some maintenance as in the shower controls looking like it was ready to fall off. Water pressure (or shower head) had poor water spray pressure. Air vent over toilet leaking right over toilet! Minor issues that wouldn’t prevent me from staying at Homewood Suites in the future though. Very convenient location in Lake Mary!

Staff is extremely helpful and polite. Place is clean. The cookies and lemonade by the entrance is a nice welcome touch. Definitely recommend anyone that wants a clean and quiet place to stay. We will be back.

I love the floor plans here with the King Suite AND it is steps away from my Orlando office. How convenient is that?!?

HOTEL WAS LOOKING NICE MAYBE RECENTLY REMODELED OR UPDATED. THE TRASH AND POOL AREA AND CHAIRS NEEDED A GOOD PRESSURE WASHING OUTSIDE. OTHERWISE IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR US. I WILL ADD THE ELEVATOR WE HAD TO USE FOR 2 NIGHTS NEEDS MAINTENANCE HAD NOT BEEN INSPECTED SINCE 8/2025. I WOULD SUGGEST THIS HOTEL FOR SHORT TERM FAMILIES FOR SUITES

The location was good. The staff was great The bathroom was old and not very clean or user friendly. The toilet was very low to the ground not sure why but not easy for elderly to use at all. Also the room we had the refrigerator was dirty and just was very old overall.

The room set up was perfect for us having a separate bedroom, but the place is in serious need of an upgrade. The toilet didn’t flush right the sink didn’t work properly. Just minor irritants, things that can be easily fixed should be fixed.

Breakfast was ok. The sofa had torn cushions. The floor was terrible in the kitchen and where the sofa was. The tiles were uneven and wavy. Looked lke a child put them in. They didn’t lay flat. Some were torn. I would have never expected this from a Hilton partner. Stayed 3 nights and no housekeeping came.

The room was clean and I liked that it was decent shampoo and conditioner not junk that smells terrible The sitting space was much smaller than any 1 bdrm suite I've stayed in. They also didn't have blankets or pillows for the sofa bed
