Heavenly Inn

We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite. It’s huge at over 500sf. It’s like a small apartment. The double jet tub is great to relax in together. Has a fireplace and AC. I could even see a bit of the lake through the bathroom window. 4 min walk up the street to the Heavenly Gondola and all the shopping and restaurants. 10 min walk to Stateline and 6 min walk down to the beach. We brought our dog and he was welcome and enjoyed his stay as well. Our suite was over the regular two story hotel so if you book it there’s two flights of stairs instead of one. There are also rooms on the street level as well. The price was great as well. Great area and it has its own parking.

Love the room it was very clean. Nice will be back.

We booked the honeymoon suite and the jetted tub in the room was amazing! The room was clean, and the fridge was good size as well! The only semi bad thing about the room was the size of the shower. The shower could have been bigger considering the room was a suite but we made do with it. Heavenly village shops were only a 5-minute walk away and there is plenty to do around that area! We would definitely book the room again!

Room was not Cleaned, no Door locked inside. Staff were not friendly. Overall I had Bad Experience to stayed in this Place.

Location

The location is in walking distance to everything! It is dated. There was a pretty good gap under the door. The door also had one lock. Had to walk to the property next door for ice. A pipe broke in the room above ours. We had no water and was told it would be an hour, and then 30 more minutes and then 10 more minutes. I believe it was a little more than 2 hours without being able to shower or use the restroom.

We were not aware that there was breakfast provided The man at the reception was not very helpful.

Excellent location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean and having a kitchen was very helpful. Friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again.

As expected, not exactly as shown in photos. Property looks old. Room we received had a strong bad scent, which was not as strong after the first room service. Overall, the room is a good size. Kitchen does not have a stove, but does come with dishes and utensils. Property is walking distance to the casino area. At night, walking area lacks lighting but didnt see anything that caused us to be scared to walk.

Location was good you could walk to most things It was dirty , our sheets had dried insect parts in the them and the beds made us itchy , the beds were also terribly uncomfortable . If it hadn’t have been 11 pm on top of mountain we would have left

I liked the kitchenette. It was great to have a full fridge and dishes! There were no coffee filters.

Location and the check in staff was very accommodating. Bathroom was small especially the shower.

It was very clean..so close by to every thing..we parked our car and never drove and worried about parking we walked cause everything was so close by..RK at the front desk was very nice and friendly smooth check-in and check out..I would literally stay there again..

Location As soon as we checked into our room we found black mold in the bathroom. We asked for a refund we’re told no, and the owner refused to even communicate directly with me. A very frustrating and disrespectful experience.

The hotel is affordable and clean with free parking.

Bed was comfortable. Great location. Easy check in process. Floors could use a deep mop our feet were instantly black and the shower had zero water pressure/stream. You could barely rinse the soap off. There’s no way you could wash your hair.

Location to shops, restaurants and casinos was good. Noisy at night. Room above us was unusually loud/seem to be stomping feet. Walls seemed thin/could hear our neighbors.
