Secrets Inn Lake Tahoe

Back for the STAFF there are many beautiful family owned Inns roamed away in This Beautiful Place On earth. One love definitely recommend staying there once!

Didn't realize it was adults only and frotn desk was kind enough to move us to Heavenly Inn. Found hair in the bed.

Clean and hassle free This can’t be helped by the hotel but allot of the beaches at Tahoe are closed to non paying guests which is a little off putting

The room that was offered to us was not the room that Expedia showed us and then we asked for a mini portable microwave which they have given it to us in the past this time the guy that was managing did not give us one and did they charge me $150 for deposit when I got there to get the key they said that the deposit will be put back in my card after 3 to 5 business days I still haven't seen it be credited to my card I'm about to call them tomorrow which will be Monday find out what happened which was an okay stay but I'm not going back to that place

Everything Nothing

The hot tub in the room was a nice feature, cleaning staff was nice. Food venues just a short walking distance within 5 minutes

Mold in the shower and trash on top of the closet

Very accommodating and polite staff

Near everything and walking distance to a beach. It felt humid and the bathtub and shower were grimmy thankfully it was near target and I scrubbed it down myself.

Location was great and not alot of noise and the maid service and staff are great. The room did not have a microwave.

The front desk 10/10. Sadly enough I did not have the same great experience, compared to other guests. Our bed sheets were dirty I had to go to the front desk and ask for a replacement. The jacuzzi jet was broken and chipped I scratched my back, also the jacuzzi never got hot at best warm. The walls are thin, we heard the upstairs guest steps. And water running echoed through the room

it was very nice just walls were thin & the upstairs mad A LOT of noise. the lock on the window was broken but other than that the bed was amazing, it smelled clean in there & i had a great stay

Great location. Walkable to casinos, restaurants and fun places. Room was fun!

The room was in bad need of being updated with new appliances that were all plugged into a dangling power strip! The phone didn't work at all (not even a dial tone and the manager came to our room to check and see that it was plugged in but never got us a new one). The tub (old red paint showing through in spots of white paint) and bathroom had recently been poorly repainted with un-cleaned up, dry paint all over the floor! The fireplace only had flames for 5-10 min so there was no ambiance in the room. Some of the windows wouldn't open so we had to run the noisy A/C all night. All in all, I paid way too much and would appreciate a refund! The only thing pleasant was RJ, the manager.

Best to avoid this property the staff was hostile and creepy.

No staff on site. Sign in and lobby at next door motel. Room is small and old. Bathtub had no anti-slip strips or mat. TV was small. Hotel is old and outdated.

No nightstand, fridge was nightstand
