Be aware of Self Check out, there is no one onsite to help you in. The rooms are nice, updated and comfortable. Had some issues with the shower handle it was not working properly. Parking was tight.

The only downside was the noise. Our room was next to the laundry area, and we could frequently hear staff talking and playing music on their phones. On our last night, the guests next door were also extremely loud, which made it difficult to relax. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. The hotel proactively provided a response that was a very fair and showed they genuinely cared about making things right. If noise is something you’re particularly sensitive to, I’d recommend requesting a room away from the laundry area. Aside from that, this is a comfortable hotel in a great location, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This was a short but great visit. Loved the process for check in and check out. Very responsive when we ran into small difficulties. Lake views is possible two blocks away.

One thing we didn’t like is that they have it in their guide that pets aren’t allowed on any furniture or the bed.. then I’m thinking you shouldn’t allow pets at all. Doesn’t make it pet friendly then. Kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Then you’re not pet friendly just tolerating them. There is a difference between an inside cat and someone bringing an outside dirty dog and you have to agree

Enjoyed the modern aesthetic of the room. It was also very clean and seemed well maintained. Loved that Heavenly Village was walking distance and there were plenty of electric scooters to rent in the area if you’re feeling lazy to walk. The only real downside for me was how soft the bedding was. Mattress and pillows were too soft for my taste and I couldn’t really get a good nights rest. Also, would have been nice to chill outside in the fire pit area but it was closed the entire time during my stay.

It was a nice place and we had a great time in Tahoe. It was walking distance to the village and restaurants. There were a few things I didn’t expect though. The shared indoor space looked to be under remodel and full of building materials, this would’ve been nice to know about, the hot tub is pretty small, and the parking lot is small and hard to maneuver in an suv when it’s full. The staff was nice the few times I saw them. The room was decent enough and clean. I don’t know that I would stay there again.

Amazing hidden gem! Fire pits for smores and gorgeous rooms

I had some issues with the bed & the cleanliness of the room I was given, but the staff was helpful in finding me a solution. Not sure I’ll be back, but the location is hard to beat!

The room was so clean and modern and the bed was extremely comfortable! Pretty good location and great parking on site. Would definitely stay here again!

1 star taken away due to noise. DO NOT STAY AT ROOM NEAR THE WASHING MACHINE AREA, Unless you plan to not be in your room during working hours or else you wont be able to relax due to the constant humming of the dryer and spinning of the washing machine. Other than that its a great place.

Rooms were very clean and modern. Price was so reasonable. Highly recommend staying here. Staff was very friendly and responsive.

Excellent location with lots to do nearby. Rooms have been updated in a clean, modern style with coffee maker, mini fridge, etc. Property is well maintained... even though they have implemented a virtual front desk, communication was excellent and the online check-in / check-out process straightforward and easy to follow.

Very nice looking remodel. Laminate flooring so if on the 1st floor expect to hear every footstep above you. Especially with kids that ran around starting 6 am each day! The beds were also extremely noisy with just the smallest movement.

We enjoyed our stay at the Iceberg Inn. First time needing a pet friendly room and was pleased with it overall. The Iceberg Inn is a quaint place in a good location. They are renovating & doing a great job. I'd stay there again.

Great location within walking distance from the Heavenly village; appreciated having a ceiling fan, a working hvac system, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a keurig machine in the room The beds were plain terrible and unacceptable. Nobody in our family got much sleep on the beds on any of the three nights and we all returned with varying degrees of back ache. We were in the double queen bed room and both beds were small with unusually soft mattresses that left us sinking and in constant fear of rolling off the beds. You can't even sit and watch tv on these beds - they're so soft and queasy. With only 2 chairs in the room, and 4 guests, it meant that 2 people always had to be standing in the room. Also, there are hardly any plug points in the room and none bedside; also zero usb plug points. Overall, a really disappointing experience for $250 per night - I feel misguided by the high ratings for this place.

Literally minutes from the lake. Easy access to get check in, easy to check out. The room had everything we needed. The fire pit area was really nice in the evening when it was cold. Walking distance to the casinos and restaurants. Super great location. I would stay here again.
