I expected a little more spacious bathroom and coffee at the premises. This property has no breakfast, no amenities, no coffee, no staff.

Note that the walkways are not flat/smooth which can make it difficult for anyone with accessibility needs. Lastly, parking is tight and we had to park on the street multiple nights during our stay as spots filled up by the time we returned in the evening (people were parking in spots that were not even spaces in the lot).

The link that is provided to get access to the room is broken does not work. I needed to call the phone number for their assistance to get into the room. He stated that this is a common problem second, the deadbolt to the door does it lock.

Location was absolutely perfect, right in the middle of everywhere I wanted to go! The room was clean and quiet, as well as very comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and the easy contactless check in and check out. We will be back!

Wonderful stay at the Iceberg Hotel. Location was very close to heavenly village and to the lake. Room was clean, up to date, and spacious. Perfect for my fiancée and I. Check in was easy and I was able to do it a day in advance so there was no issues when arriving. They also provide vouchers for lakeside beach, which reduces the admission price from $30 per person to just $5 per person. The voucher also gets you a 50% discount for rentals at lakeside beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was dirty The fan had dust all over it and there was flying bugs in the room when we got there the hot tub was really small and looked disgusting we asked if it was working they told us it wasn't available they were nice enough to give us a credit on our bill for it not working but we still paid almost $450 for the night for this room and honestly it wasn't even worth $80 would not recommend this place

Clean, comfortable & modern. Pictures matched actual room. Conveniently located to shops and dining. Contactless check in. Email with room and door code comes immediately after on-line registration. Shower pressure was great! Staff was easy to communicate with via text. Would stay again!!!!

Best location! Heavenly Village and Lakeside Beach are both within easy walking distance. The bed was big and comfortable, and the huge TV was perfect for entertainment after a day of exploring.

Very satisfied with our stay. Will stay here again if we come back.

The room was clean. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and they allowed dogs.

This was in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants. Check in was great as it was self check in. It was clean and had everything needed.

I think because this is an offsite reception type of hotel things can happen that they deal with remotely. Cleanliness was great , however, being sensitive I was aware of scents my husband wasn’t. I am unaware of amenities. It looks like there is a fire pit area being finished up possibly. I would consider staying another time and seeing if these things improve or not. It was cutely remodeled.

Everything is ok

The communication was excellent. Even though there is no front desk or in-person check-in, help is there and their response is immediate. The property is updated and well maintained. It’s an excellent location for South Lake Tahoe.
