The room we stayed is very small, might be fine for younger group, didn’t like that no front desk, this might be the future.. but not for retired couple like us.

This is my second time staying here. Very convenient to my needs. Freezer needs to be defrosted. Floor could be cleaner.

Everything was so easy and convenient! The communication by text was excellent, and the instructions were very clear. Whenever we needed anything, we received a response in less than five minutes. The room was beautiful, new, and renovated, and they even left us a sweet card for our anniversary. The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the beach! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. ❤️

Easy to walk to every thing. There is no ice machine and no place to store ice if you go buy any. Completely automated, no staff.

Very clean property. Didn't particularly like that there is minimal staff on property. Parking was good. Overall pleasant experience!

Like so so many hotels, the planners do not travel themselves. I suggest two more towel racks and 3 hooks in the bathroom, 2 or 3 shelves in the room too. Our stay was very nice - loved the table on the deck for meals and Parcheesi!

We had a wonderful stay.Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent,with restaurants and shops nearby,and the lake was just a short walk away.The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean room, upper deck shared patio, fridge and microwave provided. Walking distance to S Lake Tahoe blvd, but avoids large crowds and traffic. Friendly staff and good communication through messaging which included self-check in. N/a

Property was quiet and clean. Staff was helpful with checking in online and having to enter code into door. Close to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Our shower flooded the bathroom with water. The bathroom door was warped. The door was not easy to open and close. It was a sliding barn door. The door did not give complete privacy when closed. The door did not cover the opening of the door when closed. There was a rubber strip along the floor to keep the shower water from going out of the shower to the floor. It was not glued down so it did nothing to keep the water from spreading or the floor. We stayed one night. We spoke to the cleaning staff the next morning. They knew about the flooding in the bathroom. I feel this should have been fixed before allowing someone to stay in the room. Luckily we are not people who take long showers, the water could have been clear out in the room. The hotel is in a beautiful area. Which helped.
