It was a place to sleep but the cups were dirty, there were stains on the comforter and the conditioner and lotion was already opened. Also the toilet was wobbly. It's also pretty much all self serve check in via text so take as you will.

The location is amazing, 6 minutes walking to Heavenly village It's old and it was hot at night, and air conditioner was very loud
-
Nothing I found two insect! One bee on the carpet and one small spider on the bed

Location No hair dryer, no coffee carafe, shower door rubber hanging or is ripped off. The AC makes this loud sound every after 10, 15 minutes. There's tape on the flooring. Sorry to say but $200 for 1 night + we paid $27 to check in at 2 pm is not worth it. To be honest no one used the shower. We just stayed there to sleep. Very disappointed. Timmy was nice but the room did not meet my expectations. Will not be a repeat customer.

The hotel is located in an area where you can walk to downtown Lake Tahoe, the casinos, and restaurants — it has a very good location. the hotel rooms need a lot of work. For what I paid to stay 3 days and 2 nights, I expected the room to be better maintained. If you're looking for a good location, this place is fine — as long as you don’t mind the condition of your room.

The room itself was shabby, with visible dirty spots on the walls. The bathroom had no proper ventilation other than a window, and there was black mold growing on the ceiling, which is unacceptable. The TV setup was also frustrating: no basic channels, only apps, and it froze almost every minute. The WiFi was very poor as well. The worst part was that the TV turned itself on twice during the night, waking us up. I guess it may have been reacting to another room’s remote control. Parking was icy and felt unsafe. It hadn’t been raining or snowing for a couple of weeks, yet the ice was still there. And we paid $183/night for this service! Overall, it felt like the Tea Garden staff simply don’t care. You are paying only for the location, which is good. I would not recommend staying here. I would never come back to this place ever. The staff don't care about their guests at all. Wondering who gave them 10 points for wifi? Wifi was very poor even at night.

The shower looks like a horror movie scene.

Location The room is so outdated it's gross. You can't take you socks off and walk on the dirty stained carpet. There was mold on the ceilings. The room was the most expensive room I've ever stayed in and yet it was the most outdated and dirty.

Location is good Dirty, unkept, air conditioning was broken, loud - in general, gross!
