Checking in by text was not pleasant. We came in after a wedding and over text were told there was a balance. I texted back asking for what. They said a hotel fee. I had booked and paid on hotels.com. And then had to Venmo the QR code. Not recommended at all. We were tired and the room had spackled holes not painted over.

there is no staff on site and the don't have a reception office is all self checking in via text message. We travel during a very busy weekend and it was one of the few available hotels in the area, we only used it to sleep. building is very old, old carpet with stains and it's very noisy loud music at night.

Was nice lil walk to Tahoe strip. Room was just right would recommend to stay this hotel. The staff was great he accommodated my husband (disability) with down stairs room

Check in was horrible. Was done via text. I didn't have anyone to ask questions to or get clarification on anything. The room was run down with patches on the walls, carpet coming apart, burn marks in the carpet, mold in the bathroom. Luckily we only stayed 1 night. Wouldn't stay there again.

The pictures look different than what’s posted but honestly it’s so much prettier in person ! Super clean and the beds were comfortable! Also the walking distance was great! I had no problems!

Weirdest part. No one actually checks you in. You send a text with your name. Pay any extra fees by Venmo or Zelle. I understand the room charge being high due to their location. But can you at least give a clean room for the price. Wouldn’t stay here again.

While it was generally clean is in depth, desperate need of upkeep and new carpet and paint. Staff was warm but a bit abrupt

Nice location close to casinos. Not to outdated comfy bed. Carpet. I think tile would be a lot cleaner. And A/C thing would make loud clanking noises every so often woke me and the husband out of a dead sleep.
