Liked the location . The lady who checked me in was lovely. Clean towels..older but clean. Hot water for showers. Oh boy... We were in the adjacent building to the right of the swimming pool. There were little pieces of litter all over in the grass like it hadn't been picked up in weeks and weeks...oh and dog poop..biiig.. in a few spots close to our room. Ugh. The room air conditioner was fighting for its life barely kept it reasonable in temperature. Management knows that because there was the oldest dirtiest box fan in the room to help circulate the warm air. There were things splattered on the wall in various places. And there appeared to be a red liquid it looks like blood in a couple of spots in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was pretty weak it didn't reach into the bathroom for reference so about 15 feet. Who should I contact about getting a 50% refund?? Way overpriced for what I paid. EDIT To the property manager, do not reply to me with some AI response... unless you are prepared to talk about a refund! go look at Rooms 300- 308 .. go walk in every single room then tell me about my refund or partial refund! ...Blood??... As renters, We have a high rating when we go to rent accommodations. We always record the rentals Before & After... Just in case.

For the price and location and the giant room, it was good.

It is really too bad. This hotel used to be cheap but clean and maintained. It’s only 2-3 min walk from the casinos. 5-7 min walk from the gondola. Very nice location near a lot. But I would not stay again.

I can't say anything positive about this property other than the location. Location is great. It was dirty, and everything was either broken, stained or a joke...like the towels (which I had to buy in town). Walls are also paper thin. The ridiculous high price I paid for my two night stay made me feel foolish and taken.

Staff was helpful but power outlets didn’t work in room and mattress was very old and I could feel springs while trying to sleep.

Finally, the walls were very thin and we could hear everything and had to knock on the wall late at night so that the conversation could be dialed down, especially since we came with three children who needed to sleep. On the positive side, I asked for an extra pillow and the staff quickly found a new one without hesitation. Also, the location is perfect - the hotel is across the street from Heavenly.

Great location. Old property that could definitely use some updating. They are very tight on the 4pm check in with zero attempt to accommodate any earlier.

How is it possible that we’ve normalized letting hotels operate in conditions like this? And it’s not just this hotel—there are so many like it. We can’t keep normalizing this. The hotel was extremely dirty and falling apart. My shower didn’t work, and the heater in my grandmother’s room didn’t work either. We paid $400 for two rooms and didn’t even get the basics of cleanliness, comfort, or working facilities. Completely unacceptable. 0/5.

It is a cabin stay that need major upgrading. Our bathroom bulb did not work had to switch it with another in the room to have light in the bathroom. AC was painfully loud did not sleep the night. Clean room and bed was comfortable.

the location. the room we had came with no working ac, the temp inside the room was almost 20-30 degrees hotter than what it was outside depending on time of day. not even having the window open, three fans helped. there was small roaches running around we seen and killed two. the fridge, some pillow sheets, and some towels all dirty. was giving electrical hazard under the mf table. when i brought it up on checkout about at least discussing about the situation. no call no text after the “i’ll let my manager know”

Let’s start with the service: the staff was very friendly. My room didn’t have a TV remote, but the front desk did everything they could to find one. I didn’t really need it, but I appreciated the effort. The room was clean, which was all I really needed since we weren’t spending much time there. Our routine was basically sleep, get up, go out, come back to change for the evening, and head out again. If you’re looking for an affordable place with a clean room and a shower, this is a good option. The price was better than most other places in the area, and the location was convenient just behind the main street, making it easy to go out, visit the bars, and enjoy the evening
