we got there July 3rd got into our room spent the day walking around. came back the place was overrun by underage teenagers. drinking yelling load music, they were on the 2nd floor, first incident was when they were knocking trash and speakers onto our car. calm conversation, thought everything was fine. we went out for the night came back to the room at midnight went to bed. AT 1:30 in the morning all hell broke loose. yelling, screaming, doors slamming, banging on the walls and doors, jumping up and down on the floor, things being thrown into the parking lot. tried calling the front desk, NO ANSWER. this went on until 5 in the morning. i went to the front desk in the morning, talked to the manager, he said he would talk to them. oh, forgot this, called the police they said call the manager we won't come. so we went out to the fireworks, the animals had already started again, this is at 3 in the afternoon, stopped at the front desk told him they started again, told him I'll deal with it this time. guessing he talked to them. we got back they started on us this time. name calling, try to get us kicked out there's more of us then you. underage drunk girls coming after my girlfriend. 1 more step. don't stay here...NO SUPPORT ...

I did not like anything.

The property is very old with absolutely no maintenance being done. Our room was dirty and the kitchen did not have anything you actually need to use the oven and stove. Carpets are nasty with stains we had to wear shoes the whole time. Shower was clogged with other people hair. And it was missing the pop up so can’t have the kids take a bath. Black hand prints of grease behind bathroom door. The shower only had one glass sliding door and they hung up a shower curtain so you can close the other side. Holes all in the screens so hard to open windows. And a lot of teenagers all over the place hanging outside all night and day. For the price I paid it wasn’t worth it at all. I would not stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you don’t care and want to party. The only nice thing was you get a discount voucher to the beach daily.

It's an old place but that doesn't mean it needs to be as old as it really is.. the room we got was probably the oldest one they have with some disgusting carpet. It's a great location and the price was better than anything else. But they really need to spruce up with clean and do some upgrades because I won't go there again.

Very close to Tipsy Putt and the Casinos

That it was a great location. Bed was dirty. Room and bathroom outdated. Walls were thin so everyone moving up stairs and outside made it difficult to sleep.

Owners were very accommodating and gave us tickets to get into the private beach nearby which was a perk I didn't know about. I had small issues with the TV remote and toilet and told the owner about them. He was very attentive to meeting my needs. We did not get room service but that's okay we didn't need it.

It's a decent enough place for a quick trip to Tahoe, especially if you plan on spending most of the time away from the hotel. It's sleepable.

Room was generally clean and well kept. Room was mediocre, and the restroom left somethings to be desired. Felt like the staff looked at guests as a burden and did not enjoy the interactions.

Very close to downtown , beautiful clean space !
-
Beds ok. Tile fell off the shower. Window blinds broken and let in light. Walls thin, very noisy. Outside painted but worn out. No comfortable chair.

Nothing to like!!! The manager, the 4:00pm check in! He was 5minutes late! Had to unplug the coffee machine to plug in the microwave! Had at least 6 little black bugs crawling on the bed! TV didn't work! Had to go get the manager to fix it! No outside trash cans to put trash! We were the 4th person in line waiting to check in! He said all the bottom floor rooms were already taken! He just had a total bad attitude! I would not stay there again even if it was FREE!!!

Overall disgusting room. Everything old, beaten down, gross all around. We feel like we needed to wear shoes in the shower because of how dirty it was.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant but the front desk was often locked even during business hours. The initial room I was given was substandard but he moved me to a better room when we discovered the shower was not working. The air conditioning was super loud but worked well. Parking was a bit challenging with my work truck but worked out in the end.

The place is an absolute dump, considering the price for over $120 a night, everything falling appart.
