Paradice Motel

There was wintery advisory we needed ro get in touch with someone at the motel, no answer left message plus email with no response

The host was outstanding It's an old building. The doors were very stiff, hard to close and open especially after shoulder surgery. The floors were uneven in spots making our bed tilted downhill

Great location, within walking distance of a transit center, Heavenly Village, grocery stores, and restaurants. The room was comfortable with a bed that was just right. A working AC/fan would have improved my stay, especially during the hotter part of the week, and the wifi was unreliable.

The woman managing the motel was super friendly, helpful and went out of her way to make you feel like family. I must say it was very clean. Bed was comfortable. TV worked. Where do I begin. It looked like 1950's motels. The pictures on line are the opposite of what you'll find. The motel is sorely outdated, furniture is shabby, damaged, and stained. It took more than 10 minutes of letting the water run before I got any warm to hot water for a shower. Many bathroom tiles were cracked and loose. I was able to get coffee in the morning but no breakfast.

Too dirty & smelly to even stay in it! Non refundable (so far) booking caused us to lose entire amount! Dirty room smelled like baby diapers!

The motel is in a great location and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Everything is as described. Unfortunately, the photos seem to be a bit outdated. Even though the descriptions are accurate, the motel didn't seem very clean to me and smelled a bit.

. Noisy near pool

Room had refrigerator, microwave and air conditioner. Old motel needs some remodeling, new bathtub and carpet. Air conditioner was extremely loud.

Excellent front desk and location. The room was also very clean. The water took 10 minutes to get lukewarm. The TV wasn’t working. The room and property was too dated for the price.

The location of the property is amazing, it keeps you close to Heavenly Village and the Casinos. The inn keeper was super sweet and made check-in & check-out a breeze. The queen room was a decent size for the living/sleeping area and the bathroom was quite spacious. Will definitely be coming back!

The owner was very nice, she upgraded us to a king. She gave us pass for private beach. It's a older place, could use better patching jobs and matching paint.

The beds were so comfortable and very clean room. The lady who owns the place was very sweet and helpful with ideas of what to do while there and even provided a coupon that saved us quite a bit. She provided free water and coffee and other beverages all day. The location was great was able to walk to everything. Would definitely stay here again. loved everything about our stay

The location and the owner are both excellent. The motel is little bit older but everything was clean and functional.

The owner was lovely, helpful, and thoughtful. The location was easy to get to stateline, all within walking distance. We chose this hotel because it was rated 3-stars. This is not a 3-star hotel. While I do feel the owner tries, this is a very old, not updated hotel with almost no in-room amenities. There were poorly maintained aspects of the room itself. Ultimately it is fine as a crash pad for sleeping (bed comfort was okay, but I was glad to get home to my own!) but not much else.

It was very close to the stores and a gas station which was good because I could’ve walk to some places without wasting so much gas That you had to pay twice

Excellent place! Close to the beach, the casinos, hiking, and the resort. Clean and comfortable, and probably the best value around. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The tickets you get for the private beach were an excellent bonus.

Location and price Bedside lamps broken. The deadbolt on the door did not work. Room fridge rusted on the bottom. Beside tables spray panted in different color in patches.
