The location is great. The hotel restaurant is nice as well. The bathroom lacked counter space. It can be noisy, and the parking can be a challenge
-
Location was awesome, food was good at the restaurant Very unorganized, one of my room on booking from booking.com didn’t show up, i spent literally 2 hrs figuring out before i got the room. Even then i had to pay for parking dispute me saying there,

The room was big and very comfortable. The staff was excellent. Nothing, it was fabulous

Very good location and just walking distance away from the shops and the gondola ride in south lake tahoe area. The room is a bit small for us 4 adults sharing the room. No mirror outside the bathroom. Parking is paid per night which should be included already since you we are staying in their hotel so I suppose parking should be included.

Location, breakfast Paid parking

Property is located next to restaurants, stores, and Casinos. You can walk to them. Just sad because I really thought it had a swimming pool like the photos showed on booking.com.

Location was perfect for restaurants & shopping, etc. In the middle of it all! Personally found the mattress hard & uncomfortable. Did not like the pillows on the bed which were 3 feet long & very heavy. It worked but was a very tight shower.

The location was great with direct access to all the Village has to offer just across the street. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet despite being near the major road. The breakfast was the standard hotel fare, nothing special, but good enough for a free breakfast. The bar was nice and the bartender, Paz, was super friendly and makes a great Old Fashioned. Accessing the other building was a bit cumbersome as the driveways are not clearly marked. I found a fingernail clipping on the bathroom floor when we first arrived but otherwise it was clean. The bathroom in our pet friendly king room was not like the one advertised and the window rattled when the wind blew, but was sufficient for its purpose.

Location was good, close to casinos on stateline. Staff was EXTREMELY nice, to be clear. Nothing against any of the employees. The room was terribly inadequate for the price. The shower was the smallest corner stall I’ve ever seen. I’m an average sized woman (maybe even a tad smaller) and my elbows hit the door/walls every time I lifted my arms to wash my hair. My husband literally couldn’t fit in it. The mini fridge was more of a micro fridge that barely held a few small bottles of water. Beds were ok, but honestly it was very small and lacking. I hope they’re planning on upgrading the rooms. A fresh coat of paint does very little to hide basic amenities that were either missing or broken.

The room felt clean and safe The breakfast staff did not understand what a service dog was. I had a hard time understanding the night clerk. Although my room was well painted and updated they did not change out the window frame which looked battered and weary was rather odd
-
It’s close proximity to food, shops, and activity. No daily continental breakfast.

Location was great! Beds were gel, I slept well. Breakfast was the usual motel breakfast.

Great location Room sheets was dirt
-
The heater/cooler in our room was missing labels, which made it hard to control it. The shower pressure was very poor and the bathroom door was missing its inside cover. There was only outlets on one side of the king size bed. Charging $10 extra per night for parking at a place like this felt ridiculous and greedy.
-
Very comfortable beds and a friendly staff Staying on the ground floor was a little noisy as the cars park very close to the room
-
Room location and hotel in general were really great. Beds were comfy, room was refurbished which was nice. Mini fridge was nice to have. The tiny coffee machine in the room. Just seems like a waste to do cheaper coffee with a tiny Keurig, than to do any coffee at all. No water is to use the machine. No table or chairs in the room (double queen). Shower head cute use a cleaning and replacement. I'm not sure how anyone would wash their hair with the shower head and water pressure.
-
My room was cute with the bunkbeds and the fire place was nice too the beds were soo comfortable The property was good just the shower needed to be more updated
-
Close to everything and breakfast is amazing No pool or hot tub for the price it definitely should be added.

The location. Very close to everything you need.?? The shower was sprinkling all over the bathroom, ? No big deal tho.
