The Manager was very friendly and helpful with a double booking issue we had, due to bad internet connection when we booked the room. She helped with getting the credit from the booking agency.

There are only 2 things I found good about the resort, location and staff . Booked a 2 bedroom condo for 2 nights and left early . One of the patio doors was broken and would not lock, maintenance staff handled it very quickly . Linens were clean , but the rooms themselves were absolutely filthy . One of the bathrooms , tub was leaking and had pubic hair in it . The other bathroom , the spray paint on the tub was peeling and looked like something out of a crack house . Carpets , filthy . Kitchen cabinet doors have finger grime on them , countertop grout had mold . Pullout sofa had crumbs inside. Paint peeling on walls, dirty walls. And I stop my filth comments here , because I’m getting sick to my stomach again . Almost $600 for 2 nights is a diabolical price !

The name is very deceiving. Resort and beach club. It's no resort. And there is no beach club. You have to walk a couple blocks to get into the lake. The hotel gives you coupons for what I don't know. Because you have to pay to get in. It is not even part of the hotel. The hot tub was so dirty. It had gray gunk all the way around it . The pool was the same way with a lot of debris because the grounds themselves were not hose cleaned swept or anything with weeds growing out of the cracks. The floor was so bad. We didn't want to take our shoes off. Dark and dingy. We just stayed at the lake watched the sunset came back packed our car back up and left. We didn't even stay at the hotel. You could literally hear everything people walking above people on the sides of you. Pictures are very deceiving on the website and I don't know how they got a review above a 2.5

I wish the keycards wouldn’t deactivate so easily but other than that loved our suite and front desk was super helpful

We like the proximity of the location to the lake and the village. We love that they had scooter access if you so choose too and did not want to walk. We did not have cleaning service and there was six of us and so there was a shortage of towels but we were able to go to the front desk and get a few a day. I would recommend bringing your own towels whether for the pool or the beach. They do have a nice discount for the beach versus what the public pays.

Ice machine was a bit of a walk and they only have one on property, which want convenient. The vending machine in same room as ice machine and guest laundry facility and was kinda sad. Card reader on the machine was not working, so if you didn't have cash, you were out of luck. We didn't need to use the vending machine, just an observation. Had a poolside room, which also had a pull out sofa bed, which we didn't need, as it was just my wife and I. Had a fenced area just outside the room adjacent to the pool, with a table and chairs, with a gate that opened to the pool, which was nice. Even when pool was busy, wasn't noisy. Property is pet friendly, also. Overall was a great experience and walking distance from the casinos, shops and restaurants in Stateline. We would definitely stay here again. Front office staff very friendly.

We would stay there again. Decently priced for accommodations offered. Thank you.

We would definitely stay here again! We loved having the hot tub after a day of exploring. Next time, we would rent a two-bedroom unit with king beds for a little extra comfort. The location was great, with convenient walking distance to restaurants, shops, and other nearby attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we look forward to coming back.

Great property, the staff are Al so friendly!!! The only problem them have are the key cards, they routinely don’t work and you have to go to the office to have them redone.

Staff is always helpful but the check-in process is very long. If I were the general manager that's what I would be working on. The keys often get deactivated and that would be another general manager project. Otherwise the property is in decent condition for its age and the rooms are very comfortable.

Hands-down, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. It was my first time traveling with my golden retriever puppy who is one and a half years old. Upon arrival, we were told that their systems were down and they could not complete the check-in process. The staff member at the front desk had told me that I could check back in later or I could just wait until after 4 PM which technically was check in time. When I went back to “check in” the same staff member had told me that nothing had changed and I needed to wait until 4 PM. No apology, nothing. I had just driven 4 hours and was ready to relax. I completely understand that things happen that are out of our control, but the delivery of the information and how it was handled was completely poor. When I went back to check in after 4 PM, luckily I was helped by another kind staff member who checked me in seamlessly, no mention of the systems being down at all. Strange. My room was fine, not very clean, but I wasn’t going to complain as I was already over this place and ready to shower, etc. forget about sleep because it was SO loud here. You could hear everything your neighbor was doing and every time a car drove by or the neighbors door shut the whole room shook. It was horrendous I wouldn’t return if you paid me. 2 nights was far too many at this place.

Convenient location, not great room. Size was fine but room needed some deep cleaning and updating.
