3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club

It’s not a super upscale resort it is older and a little bit dated, but the inside has a beautiful cabin feel. The staff was amazing. It’s just a little bit rundown of a place but that’s expected for off the strip in Tahoe. Would stay here again.

Everything is in walking distance too. So convenient, food, shopping, beach access. I would return next summer.

The people at the front desk were brilliant. They were kind, helpful, and so patient with everyone that came in. The property is super convenient. Located near the beach which they had discount tickets for, and close to many restaurants & the shops.

The roon was nice but my kids slept in the room next to where the water heaters are kept and the wall rattled very loudly all night long which made sleeping near impossible for them. Additionally my son was so excited to play pool and we found out you had to pay in order to play a game of pool. He was incredibly disappointed. For the amount of the room I expected pool to be free. Deeply disappointed.

The entire stay was pleasant and quiet. The rooms was very dated and had the carpet transition into the bathroom was failing and when you stepped in, you could feel the tack strip nails poking up. They just need to update the property rooms and it would get a 4-5 star ratings. I enjoyed the black bear visits. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and pleasant. Staff was great and helpful.

Ceiling fan broke, ac not working properly. Keys to room did not always work. Just okay.

Wish we knew you had to pay 30.00 per person to use the beach. Also, no pets

The property is conveniently located very close to many restaurant, coffee cafes, to Stateline casinos and we enjoyed the pool and spa. The hotel is old, carpets old and that adds to the sense that it needs a to be cleaner. The chairs are stained and the corners in the bathroom are not spotless. The bed was comfortable, sheets clean, the provided daily clean towels upon request but 24/hr. notice is required for daily room service. There are many things to like vs. not.

The only thing they need is a new room key machine that programs they key cards. Otherwise, the stay was a great experience!
