Love the location of this hotel. Restaurants and shops were walking distance. Hotel was clean room was clean. Staff was very friendly. It would definitely stay again.

Good place to use a sleep. Keep in mind that the front desk closes at 10 PM.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. We truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Almost last minute order in a peak season. It’s location and with a small kitchen, though not much quality of the remodeling. Can’t complain of that.

I’m short and the bed is too high. I couldn’t even get without help. Even jumping! The second. When opening the cupboards in the kitchen area you could smell mildew

Our only complaint was the jacuzzi tube was chipped and was not safe to use due to the appearance. Staff was nice

The Heavenly Inn was great. Centrally located in the middle of south Lake Tahoe, The beds were comfortable and the room had great AC. We had many places to eat around us. I recommend the Heavenly Inn.

It was way better than I had expected for a motel. I was worried after reading the reviews, but our experience in the room at the end of the 2nd floor was a positive one. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean enough with housekeeping (there was a couple of spiders, but that's not their fault), and the guy (Arjay?) at the reception was friendly. The location was pretty good, on a quiet street just a short walk from the main street. The fridge was a little noisy, so we turned it off since we didn't need it anyway. If I had to nitpick, the curtains were a bit odd, made up of several long and short pieces, which was amusing.

This area is central to state line casinos, shopping and lake/beach. For this area some of the motels can be gross and overpriced. We stayed at this location on a midweek price point and it was above midlevel for some of the dumps you can get around here. That said, although clean (compared to the dumps), it's kind of older and would not really want to pay full weekend price for this location. It does have a decent kitchenette as in a full sized refer, microwave and sink. didn't really need it but this is definitely a plus. Enjoy

Convenient location Parking was a little tight. But was nice not to have to pay for it.

Clean and AC worked well The price for what we got was very high. Kind of depressing with room facing a parking lot. Tub is very chipped.

Staff were helpful and polite. Room was clean. Having a kitchen with plates, cups, silverware, etc. was great!

Location was fine and easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Low water pressure. Clogged tub drain.
