The staff when signing in was very helpful and nice. The moment we walked into our room is when it went south. It was really dirty, walls had hand prints on it, towels were dirty and the shower had a funny smell to it. There was a hair filled dirty washcloth above the shower head and the sheets and pillowcases had hairs on them. Probably won’t ever stay there again but it was ok for one night.

Location is great

Front desk person was nice at check in. However, when at 11pm, we got back to our room to lay down, we discovered that our sheets had hairs all over them. Was really groans there was no vacancy so we couldn’t switch rooms. We bit the bullet and slept in what seemed dirty sheets. Told management next morning and they said we should’ve told them (even though there was no vacancy). No offer, nothing. They didn’t care but we learned our lesson and it’s to pony up extra money on the better hotels. Luckily we were there just for one night.

Weird smell in the room, room felt dirty. Fan in the bathroom falling from the ceiling and covered in dust.

Great service by the lady at check in she was very nice t my wife and I told us about the concert 🎵 the bed is comfy and we were near walk everything in 2 minutes the hotel was quiet at night.

Within walking distance to the music venue and a couple of blocks to the lake. Lots of food choices and shopping very close.

We stayed in a room with two queen beds, the room was filthy. The sheets on both beds were dirty. One bed had what appeared to be a blood stain along with several brown stains. The other bed had stained pillowcases, and we even found pubic hair in the sheets. It honestly looked like the bedding had not been changed. That wasn't all, the beds were very uncomfortable, the door handles and light switches were sticky and dirty, the refrigerator didn't work, the rooms a/c didn't work as good, and the outlet on the bedside lamp wasn't working, so my phone never charged overnight. I was so disgusted that I covered the bed with my own beach blanket and slept in sweatpants and a sweatshirt just in case the room got cold during the night, I really didn't want to use the hotel's bedding. We spent the entire night hoping there weren't any bed bugs. This room was unsanitary and poorly maintained. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Don't let the online pictures and ratings fool you!!

The woman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.The location was great and as someone who has minor back issues, the beds ware comfortable The room needs painting and the bathroom shower needs remodeling or cleaned thoroughly

My alternative room was better overall but simple things like a toilet paper holder, were not available. WiFi was terrible. Fridge was hardly keeping things cool, AC is super loud. Sheet and pillow cases had permanent scuffs and stains. The place was very social wich is fine but people drying clothes on the railings, 8 people piled into one room spilling out into walkways. Like I said, im trying to be rational, I slept well, but it's just not the place for me.
