Hampton Inn & Suites Austin - Lakeway

Cleanest hotel been to in quite a while. Everything worked great. The front lobby staff was so sweet and helpful.

- The toilet seat was so old that the plastic had turned yellow. - Door had no secondary lock. - There were food leftovers in the fridge. - One of the beds had no matrress fitted sheets. - Staff was friendly, but had no uniform, ID tag or any way to identify them. - Breakfast was great. - Pool was good. - AC was good

Hotel was clean. Bathroom had a leak in back of the toilet we found in our 2nd day there. The manager offered to move us but my wife elected to put towels down instead. Upon check in we were helped by a wonderful African American woman but I didn't get her name..

Dasha was who I interact most with and she was so friendly and cheerful every time I saw her. Most things were great. Disappointed that the pool wasn’t open due to waiting for a permit and how long it took the water to get hot in the room. Other than that it was a great stay

I want to call out afternoon front desk person, Dasha. She was warm, friendly, bubbly and so helpful and ready to help solve any problems. She is an asset to your establishment.

Two issues I had was the hotel only had pillows that were very flat, and the room did not have a safe.

Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice.

This property was extremely clean! One of the friendliest staff! Rooms were SO clean and stocked! I would recommend staying here 10/10! Quiet as well!

Everything was great. It would be better if they would have a better quality paper plates and heavier duty plastic utensils at the breakfast bar. Very nice place to stay!!

The property was located near family so we could visit. The manager assured me a good visit after two Pepe unpleasant visits. The most current visit on July 23rd was horrible. Staff was extremely rude and room where we stayed was not up to par.

Uncomfortable beds and the room had roaches.

This was our second stay at the Hampton Suites, we like it. But I have two suggestions: 1. get rid of cable and offer streaming; the channels are horrible and so is the universal remote and 2. PLEASE get stronger coffee.

Decent breakfast, clean area. Ice machine broken was an inconvenience

Please chexk yourbed and the room for desert bugs like spiders scorpions etc

On the down side, I was given a handicapped-accessible room that I didn't need or want and the staff wouldn't change it, there was a cockroach in the room (mostly in the bathroom) that I couldn't get rid of, and there was a large hole in one of the bath towels that I worried I would be charged for.

The best thing was the waffles. My room was one with a sofa and had not enough pillows, nor towels.

acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!
