The staff are so welcoming and ready to help, if you need something For me, it could use more, better placed lighting. It's dark in there ,- at least for us elders

Would not let us check in early very disappointed for a 15 minute check-in early and they wanted to charge me $50 not happy and also I could’ve paid only $169 for a night there to Marriott and Expedia charged me 190. I thought Expedia was supposed to be cheaper. people need to know that they are not affiliated with the medical hospital that is in their parking lot. They wouldn’t even give us an extra 45 minutes to rest so we could go back to the hospital for our patient.

Pros: -Room was spacious. We needed to change our room after first night because the room had a distant smell and the AC was extremely noise. The staff was very accommodating. -Breakfast was good for the price point. Cons: -Unfortunately, the house keeping was awful. My room was never cleaned for my entire stays. I was given the excuse that they cleaned every other day and then was told there was some system issue and some rooms were not listed in the system. -The AC was right next to the bed, and it blows cold air directly to your head. I had to switch my sleeping to the other end away from the AC just so not to get a headache -Check your billing since they automatically charge you for parking. I did not have a car!

Nice and quiet here. Did have a disappointment with the accessible bathroom shower attachment. Needs repair.

There was a bug in one of our beds. We brought it up to the front desk and we were offered an ice cream as a compromise. We asked for management to reach out to us and never heard from them. We brought it up again at checkout and they said “that would never happen here.” Asked again for a manager to reach out and still nothing. We had 7 guests in our room and had 1 towel in the bathroom. Conditioner bottle in the shower was empty and never refilled.

The room was clean, but the bed was uncomfortable and really hard. We requested third floor and could hear whoever was above us on the third floor, along with toilet flushing, etc. Breakfast was wiped out by 9:20 on a weekend, so we had to opt for breakfast somewhere else. Was not a bad stay, but not the best either.

Stayed over a Saturday night that the front desk guy said they didn't have high occupancy. Property was clean from outside, and room was spacious. We had to ask for a sheet/blanket set for the extra bed, extra towels because only had 2 bath towels for 3 people, and the phone didn't work in the room. Breakfast is included and it was ok. Refills of food that ran out were not speedily replaced, and having only one waffle iron for the whole hotel created a long line. Overall, hotel was a good stay, just need some easy tweaking to make it to the excellent status.
