Construction going On but didn’t interfere with us.

The room was not good

Hotel was undergoing major construction which I was to just started and was going to last 11 months. If I had been staying more than one night I would have left and gone elsewhere. When I went to brush my teeth after dinner the water coming out of the tap was brown. I did clear after a few minutes but was not pleasant. When I went to shower in the morning there was no hot water. I have stayed at this property several time before and it was just fine. I guess I’ll blame this on the construction but would not consider staying there again until the construction is finished.

The hotel was nice but you don’t receive your member points. Because it was booked through Engine which I find happens a lot with engine

Helpful laundry room and clean pool

The major complaint I had was the water pressure for the shower, it was not good at all. Building itself was nice externally well kept and decent parking. The inside was a c+ maybe. The hall ways around had musty smell and older looking carpet no biggie but it's a Hilton garden. Most I've been too were crisp looking. Trying to track down some sugar for some coffee in the morning was a little difficult but able to find some. Any how that's my take away!

The problem is they are so focused on gold members they treat regular paying guests like second rate guests. Sign on water bottle if gold member it’s on them all others you need to pay 3.00. Not the money just the sign is insulting

Hospitality and a warm welcome from the hotel team. They were well-mannered and polite

Toilet was child size

The GM thought it was better to force everyone to watch the weather channel at the bar then show any sporting events.

Accommodations

Not much

Staff was friendly, pool and hot tub were nice. Didn't realize that housekeeping was every other night or would have asked for daily cleaning, but over all a nice stay. Noisy on our floor, housekeeping did not come daily.

For the price, b-fast should be included. Had to call front desk to quiet down rowdy kids 3 times. It did stop after 10pm quiet time.

Stayed the weekend for son's soccer tournament. No complaints.

Way too expensive Cost

Good location, good spacious room, not fantastic but good place to stay.

We enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast was very nice. Parking was easy with different doors for different areas. The hotel was easy to get to from Lancaster's highways. I enjoyed the comfy reading chair. Great beds.
