After driving 7 hours with my son, we arrived to check in only to be told that our reservation had been canceled because the hotel was overbooked. The worst part? No one bothered to call, email, or text us beforehand. We found out only after standing at the front desk, exhausted from the drive. Because of their complete lack of professionalism, we were left scrambling to find another place to stay at the last minute. The only hotel available cost three times what we had originally planned to pay. Thank goodness I had a credit card, or my son and I could have been left without a place to sleep. As if that wasn’t bad enough, it took two weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get my refund processed. Overbooking happens, but failing to notify paying guests until they arrive is completely unacceptable. This experience caused unnecessary stress, extra expense, and ruined the start of our trip. I would never attempt to stay here again and would strongly recommend others book elsewhere if they don’t want to risk being left without a room.

Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience. It was very very basic.

It was a pretty new hotel so everything was great. Only complaints are that I wish they had a hair dryer in the room. We stayed 3 days with a toddler who dropped food on the floor. There was no housekeeping while we were there, which would be ok if they had a broom in the room available for use to sweep up her crumbs. We loved staying though and would definitely stay again.

Another good stay at this hotel! Staff was friendly and courteous. Perfect hotel for extended stay guests.

Very clean and new ou

Rooms clean but noisy. People walking around on floor above you is so loud that it makes it hard to sleep. Can hear people talking in next room. Windows not soundproof enough if you are on the highway side. You'll hear trucks all night.

Old but ok.

I can tell that the facility was just recently built within the last year or so, because when you use Google Maps it doesn’t show the actual place, just the land mark. Also, the appliances were brand new so that was telling. Anyway, I booked through a third party and one of the staff members was literally trying to make me pay again, for a room that I had already paid for. Talking to that guy was really frustrating, but then a young lady settled the dispute. The walls are pretty thin so just pray that you have decent neighbors. Also, they allow pets so be prepared to hear a bunch of barking at random times throughout the day and night! I won’t be staying there again because I own a dog, but I hate other ppls pets because they treat them like ppl instead of animals, and the problem with that is that they’re not firm with their training! Dogs have to be trained especially if you’re bringing them to a hotel! So yeah, I do not stay where dogs are allowed and again I have a dog and he’s very much loved, so loved that he’s properly trained and I still wouldn’t bring him to a hotel! Other than that. Decent place, give it about 2 years and it’ll probably suck!

Overall, our stay was okay. When we arrived, management was unavailable, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to check in and no staff was at the hotel. There was also a delay because clean towels were not readily available. On the positive side, the property’s location was excellent and conveniently close to all of the major attractions, which made getting around very easy.

We checked on Saturday night & we were given 2 towels & no bath mat. I had to use a towel for a bathmat. I asked for more towels the person at front desk gave me a towels. Sunday evening we came back to hotel & asked at desk for towels, I was told I had to bring used towels from room. I told the girl that no one explained this when we checked in. The only place this was noted was on a small sign on the notes. The staff should have explained the towel policy when we checked in. My companion went to desk with the dirty towels & became irate with the desk clerk for copying an attitude about the fact I was angry. I told him that customers expect a certain level of service when they check into a hotel room and providing supplemental maid, servicing is not something a guest should expect to have to do. The staff here needs to look up the word hospitality. For it something that is clearly not offered at this hotel. The desk clerk threatened to have me ejected from the hotel and refused to give me any clean towels. I had to return to my room with the dirty basket. We will never stay at a choice hotel again. They don't clean the room either.

Beautiful hotel, in room stove is helpful but please bring everything you need to cook and eat with you. Bring pots, pans, plates, bowls and utensils as there are none provided for you.

Ii will be nice if they offer a breakfast

It’s a new property and opened in May. The rooms are nice and come with a kitchenette. The only con is there isn’t any cooking ware or utensils, those you would have to supply yourself. Other than that, I would stay there again.

The room was clean! Everything was clean. The staff were amazing! Very helpful. The only thing I did not like was how there wasnt any dishware in the room. They had dishware for purchase but $30 for 1 plate and spoon etc was not reasonable. I was traveling with 2 children for 5 days, that didn't seem reasonably priced. I would also recommend non-slip proof things for the tub. The water felt slimy which made the tub slippery. My kid slipped a few times while showering. Good thing he was not injured. The location of the hotel was ok, couldn't really go out and walk around since the building is kind of in the middle of the highway. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
